Kyari doesn't come across as an unintelligent fellow, and thus, I doubt if he would have proceeded to engaging on behalf of drug dealers, when he had a case hanging over him. However, what I do see, is that this drug case will drag on for so long, and hence, Kyari's extradition to the US becomes null, while Hushpuppy's sentencing goes ahead without him naming anyone else that can be corroborated by Kyari under oath. The big question is, who benefits from this? I think there are some top guns in the government who might be linked to Kyari and Hushpuppy, and the only way to keep everything quiet, is to keep Kyari out of the US. Might be wrong, but this just doesn't add up.
