I'm just trying to find another RIGHT leg for my second BAF Kingpin (first one is doing double duty as Shadow King AND Kingpin), so I can have a dedicated Spidey/DD Kingpin and a separate X-Men villain... But I can't find the leg anywhere for LESS than $25-45 by itself or $45+ WITH the Red Goblin figure, which I already have and don't need OR WANT another one... People USED TO help each other out with stuff like that, but now everyone JUST wants to make money and they don't care to help ANYONE... Which is YET ANOTHER negative effect that SCALPERS (AND eBay!) have had on this hobby... I feel for you guys, because NOW I'm wishing I'd have bought that retro Kingpin and been done, instead of holding out to try and complete this 2nd BAF I ended up with... (MOSTLY just because I had bought a few duplicates of that wave for some WildC.A.T.S. custom figures I wanted to do, PLUS a Lilandra body and a custom Snake Eyes, so by THAT point I basically had bought the wave twice and figured why not complete another Kingpin for my regular villains display, but by then of course, Red Goblin wasn't to be found, lol.🤔😅😅)
In terms of Doctor Octopus, there are a couple of other options; there's an early Hasbro one that's similar in design to the new one, not as nice but slightly cheaper. There was also one in the Spider-Man Classics line which is more based on his Ultimate appearence but again he's not so expensive. The problem with most figures is it's super easy to lose the detatchable arms so your choice is usually between an expensive complete one and a cheap one with missing pieces. Might be worth looking around and bidding on a couple of different lots which would give you the parts you need to put one complete figure together. Another option if you're more creative is to buy a Frog-Man figure (he was dirt cheap last time I looked) and use him as the basis of a custom since he uses the Doc Ock body anyway. Just needs a new head, feet, a paint job and - of course - some arms. For Green Goblin, I'd say there's no way it's worth the money for the retro carded one. The Onslaught wave one is superior to it in every way and much, MUCH cheaper.
The Select Venom is great as well btw! Bit large but put him lurking in the back of the shelf, along with all of his different looks you can choose from that come packed in..chef’s kiss 🙌🏻

Mysterio was a standalone release, not part of the original Retro Spidey wave of six figures, just FYI. Also I'll echo the commenter that said your prices are somewhat low compared to what they're going for in the States. Retro Green Goblin goes for anywhere from 60-100 now here. You didn't give a price for the Rhino BAF that I saw, but he goes for around 200 at the moment, and I have a feeling if he gets re-released it'll be another Sandman/Hobgoblin situation where it's not anywhere near as good as the original. I hope I'm wrong but I think that's how it will play out. Same with Lizard, although if they give him better legs and fix the tail I'd be happy. This was another great, inspirational video, the kind of thing that makes you so unique and valuable to the community. I can't even believe the pace you're keeping lately! Loving every minute of it.
Coming back to this video I can say I'm so happy I waited for re-releases. Being a patient collector is a skill very few can master. I bought a few of the essentials on third party. But I managed to save a ton from the inflated aftermarket as well. The retro Sandman, lizard, rhino, vhs green goblin, vhs hydro man, vhs Doctor Octopus, retro Kraven, retro kingpin, retro black cat, vhs Smythe and a couple others I got at lowered retail just by waiting. Yeah my collection gets gaps for a bit but hasbro ends up pulling through with new ones that beat the previous for cheaper. All I need now is vhs Morbius and Prowler which I already pre ordered to complete my collection

I remember debating prevordering the first wave of retro Spider-Man figs. I was a straight x-men legends collector. I got the wave anyway for original msrp $135. Glad I did. Bought the rest of sinister six not in retro wave and I’m happy with my collection.
I paid for Retro Spider-Man at $70 AU and now he's $110 which was ridiculous for a 6 Inch Figure. Hobgoblin is the most most expensive coming in at $300 which is closer to a Hot Toys figure. Nevertheless I did manage to get Green Goblin, Electro and Shocker at $30 bucks each. I mean i freaking loved the 1990's Animated Spider-Man series and just want a Retro Spider-Man display so all I need is Kingpin, Mysterio, Venom, Sandman, Hobgoblin and Hammerhead. Then I might pick up Carnage, Scorpion, Hydro-Man and Tombstone

A month or so ago I had zero retro carded spiderman figures, I searched and searched online and at my usual stores and got lucky finding, Mysterio, Electro, Green Goblin, Sandman, and Kingpin on retro cards plus the toybiz Hobgoblin (best version) and at retail prices so if you keep looking it is possible. Now the actual spiderman figure that's a different story I just preordered the black costume and go with that fir now doesn't hurt the black costume is my favourite suit. I'm using the diamond select venom as my go to, he's big and it has the mcfarlane head. Great video! Monster Venom is a good choice too.
Dude, if you found them in a store for retail you are beyond lucky. I've been looking in stores since that wave dropped and I only ever saw Mary Jane. That's it. I kept thinking I'd see them and by the time I realized I wouldn't, they are all insane prices.

I got retro spidey a few years back online for standard price. Recently there's a lot of K.O retro Spider-Mans popping up and that kinda makes me paranoid that I may have gotten a fake but I did buy the figure a long time before the K.O starts appearing.

I'm probably the luckiest ducky. I was on amazon browsing for marvel legends and i see retro spider man for 29.99 and i instantly by him the second after i buy him he was out of stock. good thing they had more because i lost all hope for that figure.
I'd kill for Hasbro to rerelease Rhino, Lizard, Kraven, they are the ones I need. I wasn't a fan of the retro Spidey, but I like the ditko head it came with so I bought it loose and put it on my SDCC Raft Spidey and BOOM, almost perfect Ditko suit, the blue is dark, just like I like it, but I might dye the blue black to go the whole way.
Just got mine off ebay in the fall. Everywhere was sold out and on ebay he was way to much I thought he was worth. Then found a seller that had a few that took a best offer for under 30 . If I knew he was actuslly worth crazy amount I would've grabbed all of them from that guy.

For my collection based on the figs in the video, I still need a Vulture, Rhino, and Lizard. Shocker's on pre-order so he's on the way. Other than that, I've got Retro Spider-Man, Goblin, and Electro. The new Marvel Select Venom with multiple heads, Select and Retro Sandman, Superior Octopus, and Retro Mysterio.
A decently good Vulture option is that Vulture/Spidey 2pk, which seems like is a pretty cheap option, although they are technically supposed to be Ultimate Spider-Man universe figures, so Spidey is teen sized and Vulture is younger, BUT comes with a cool helmet option to hide the face, (which really just makes more sense to me if you're an elderly guy flying around town, LOL 😆!!!) ALSO, the Marvel Selects Rhino is a solid option for filling that slot. I have him myself (and the Vulture I mentioned... Even though I also have the newer Vulture for my OG Sinister 6...), so once Hasbro ever gets around to re-releasing that BAF Rhino, I'll have a Spidey version and a Hulk version for display options.

Monster venom and the one with wings and still planning to get the last third one from 3pack XD which I hope I will get. Green Goblin❌ Because I'm waiting for much better one. the retro one really didn't fit me when I bought him. Doc Ock ❓ I hope I will get this one from 2pack. Shame he doesn't have bendable tentacles but It's the best option for me now if it comes to whole look. A kind of under-current to this channel, I feel anyway, is that you're kind of our personal Spider-Man and have had all sorts of journeys and adventures and flipping around performing actions like Spider-Man too and there are so many angles you could possibly discuss on occasion that I think viewers would love to hear about, it is not boring for us at all! Earlier I linked to this one guy who was dressed up as Spider-Man and performing some stunts with video trickery, and that guy is some guy who does something called "Acro Yoga" after being into Parkour, but in case you didn't see it, I thought it might be a little inspiring possibly, and if you have your costumes or get hold of some, you could as a treat do funny things with it for the channel and using your skills and camera tricks too: th-cam.com/video/fD1k_i1Jalg/w-d-xo.html The part where he wonders if he can talk because his mouth is covered is pretty funny and Spider-Man like as well. Also, I've seen this company and their ads, and they mostly go after channels that have content that is related to Japan, this is maybe one of their rare expansions into a channel which talks more about other things, so it may be a sort of big thing for them to reach out to you as well and expand who they advertise to, and it is wise of them to go beyond just Japanese content videos into the periphery of people who are always basically curious about Japan and Japanese things, such as pop culture enthusiasts, people into international nostalgia, and media collectors like comic book and action figure collectors, since Japan is always right on the edge of being mentioned in just about any of those sorts of conversations, and so this company should definitely reach out here in order to muffle discussions with the bright sounds of crunching. Speaking of which, you can take it further possibly (and maybe even negotiate with them) to make videos where you try and rate and taste-test and comment about your past and present experiences with these snacks, I think that sort of video does well and besides that is always of interest, since people are always looking for your reactions and opinions about everything, living vicariously through you, which is what TH-cam seems to be about in a lot of cases: "Let me do the eating/thinking/talking/playing/reacting". Your getting this ad was a big step in reaching the standards of some of the successful channels, and you're doing it seemingly before many of them ever do, which is fantastic. That is one interesting thing about this channel, how it is rather small still, but is already covering so many of the bases that the larger channels have with Patreon, Merch, Ads, now Memberships, Streams with money involved, its awesome to watch, and a lot more comfortable than the bigger channels. One of the challenges I'm looking forward to watching is what might happen to the very "homey" sort of, lol that makes me think of a similar slang term, but I mean the very close, and warm sort of feeling the channel community has thanks to regulars like SwordInTheStorm and the way you interact with people (and me and the others who I haven't seen around for a little while, hope they will make a return soon). Like, will it become cold and weird like so many of the bigger channels I've seen? Will the Live-Streams become a hellish blur of text moving rapidly like Matrix Code as it is in other channels that are much bigger? I can't stand those other channels, will growth and a lack of a sense of familiarity breed contempt!? It is to be seen! A lot of the responsibility will end up resting with you (With Great Channel Size Comes...) to somehow be able to maintain warmth even though literally thousands of people will be trying to get your attention or asking your opinion on matters (Jesus Christ Superstar). Also! A lot of these "niche" people who remain "niche" and specific, seem to become "deadened" over time, the light leaving their eyes, as their fun becomes "work" instead, which is why I've always encouraged absolute freedom and expansion so that you feel comfortable talking about anything at all on your mind so that you remain intellectually stimulated rather than feeling sort of bored with the self-imposed parameters that you might think people expect (but not the kind of people you should really be worried about). The "brand" is you, and I think that people have only enjoyed this channel for the most part because of you and your opinions and style, so that you could discuss practically anything in the heightened manner that you do and with comedy and people would just love to come back and see what you're up to. I've also seen a lot of channels over-do it with their marketing and commercialization, to the point that I get totally sick of it or they seem like sell-outs (which isn't the case when it comes to this ad at all or such an early stage), but like when they keep talking about "Hello Fresh" or "Ear Buds" or "Internet Privacy" and the usual suspects of ads, over and over, sometimes twice or more in videos with different ads (that pay out huge amounts based on views of the video, sometimes in numbers exceeding ten thousand dollars for a single ad, but imposing deadlines and other restrictions which ad(d) to stress and discomfort for the creators) it can make the rest of their content seem disingenuous and even hateful. Who can believe a corporate shill?! I like this Japanese company though and I've never minded it trying to bring these snacks to people, which is also a kind of cultural knowledge and promotion of Japan in general to the world population, which I appreciate too! Maybe you could find similar products you could endorse and reach out to them, showcasing this ad you've made and the fact you were able to make a deal with this company, and then reaching out yourself and getting deals with other companies too. The goal here is to, while finding products you can genuinely endorse, make as much as possibly to well cover your former precedent established as a performer, and then exceed it, so that TH-cam and this relaxed sort of workflow can become your main source of income and your new base to operate from. I don't know about the moving to China business, I don't know how well people can operate there, though a lot of people seem to do well enough, I also end up hearing a lot of disturbing kinds of things by Anti-Chinese Government types, and so you may be able to operate more comfortably, as you have been, within the UK. Very cool video with plenty info ! thank you. I find the Green Goblin from Onslaught Series and Doc Ock Series 8 are quite decent. And my favorite Hobgoblin remains this one from Spider-Man Series 17. Just to add that I like the Kraven from the 2 pack and last point, Hasbro never remade Battle Ravaged Spider-Man (2001).
The old series 8 toybiz doc ock isn't that bad of a bargain for your buck with bendable and fully poseable tentacles. Just don't plug the tentacles in all the way because the paint inside the sockets is old and will act like a glue making them nearly impossible to remove

It's so funny how different the UK eBay is from the US eBay. I mean you are totally correct that you can shop around but you need to be really, really patient because the prices you quoted were only correct on two of the figures and the others, like the older green goblin and the animated series venom are going for obnoxiously more money. Even the retro green goblin is selling on this side of the pond, ever since No Way Home, for 100 usd...It's insane that I was going to start selling my retros because they were duplicates but now I am holding on to them because whew. Oh and by the by, what do you have against Kingpin...lol

They say "Members Only" now, but I don't know what that means or how to become a "Member". I can be other words for that, but a Member?! I don't know where to sign up. Now that I've gotten your attention briefly, here is what might be a bad idea possibly, but I thought it might be an interesting trick, though it might take a little work: Step 1: You upload all your videos to TH-cam (this might already be the case) Step 2: If TH-cam allows you to re-name them or edit the names without re-uploading, then you can add to the name, maybe at the end " #21 " or "DDMB #21" or even "DDMB Issue #21" if it is the 21st video. Why? This would give the impression that these are almost like issues of a comic book or series, however unrelated, but might trigger the "collector" and "collect them all" mentality of people who are interested in comics and toys. It would also help with making references to videos, "Remember when you said such and such in #224" and it can create a kind of sense of lore too, which people like, it can also help you to make references to other videos and comments you've made in your own videos, similar to how Marvel comics even had the *See Issue #127 thing they did a lot. I thought it might make for a cute little aspect to the channel that not many others have done. Putting it at the end of the titles might make it less invasive and would not cause people to feel as much pressure about catching them all, since some people might feel there are too many to even "begin" which happens when a show has too many seasons and stuff like that, but as a little thing at the end it can be interesting and help hardcore fans and obsessives to keep track of things and even argue amongst themselves about David "facts" lol. Now, another interesting aspect to this is that the private videos, which are also numbered chronologically and in order, can be missing numbers in the collection. Which cruelly would lead the fanatic collector of David material (hair, nails, blooood) to want to sign up where they can to access those hidden "issues" particularly if they've seen or "read" all the others that are available! If you wanted to be less cruel though, those could be numbered differently and be considered exclusive issues or "Special Events" or like the "Annual" issues are separated in lists sometimes, but I think that would make it all much more complicated and it would be much easier to just number them all chronologically, from your very first appearance and video (which might not be available to see online anymore but is hopefully still uploaded) to the latest. However "bad" the quality of the "issue" is, it makes it all the more fun and a talking point to discuss, just like people discuss the bad quality of certain comic issues, but it being private, like the very first episode being hidden but available exclusively, might encourage some people to pay just to find it or see it and have it as part of their collection. Sort of a silly idea that I thought might make for some fun too! It can also help you keep track of your videos and how many you're making and the direction they are taking and certain periods of videos being discussed, then you can easily say "#230-235" and stuff like that and people can find it much more easily too and search for things by the issue numbers they have missed! So, what does this "Members Only" thing mean and how do I sign up?! I used to like it when I could access these private videos by having been present and keeping the window opened, but now when I refresh it bars access to me, so I either have to leave it opened and be very careful not to refresh (though the power went out yesterday so that was an issue). Mysterio was a standalone release, not part of the original Retro Spidey wave of six figures, just FYI. Also I'll echo the commenter that said your prices are somewhat low compared to what they're going for in the States. Retro Green Goblin goes for anywhere from 60-100 now here. You didn't give a price for the Rhino BAF that I saw, but he goes for around 200 at the moment, and I have a feeling if he gets re-released it'll be another Sandman/Hobgoblin situation where it's not anywhere near as good as the original. I hope I'm wrong but I think that's how it will play out. Same with Lizard, although if they give him better legs and fix the tail I'd be happy.

Coming back to this video I can say I'm so happy I waited for re-releases. Being a patient collector is a skill very few can master. I bought a few of the essentials on third party. But I managed to save a ton from the inflated aftermarket as well. The retro Sandman, lizard, rhino, vhs green goblin, vhs hydro man, vhs Doctor Octopus, retro Kraven, retro kingpin, retro black cat, vhs Smythe and a couple others I got at lowered retail just by waiting. Yeah my collection gets gaps for a bit but hasbro ends up pulling through with new ones that beat the previous for cheaper. All I need now is vhs Morbius and Prowler which I already pre ordered to complete my collection

I paid for Retro Spider-Man at $70 AU and now he's $110 which was ridiculous for a 6 Inch Figure. Hobgoblin is the most most expensive coming in at $300 which is closer to a Hot Toys figure. Nevertheless I did manage to get Green Goblin, Electro and Shocker at $30 bucks each.
I mean i freaking loved the 1990's Animated Spider-Man series and just want a Retro Spider-Man display so all I need is Kingpin, Mysterio, Venom, Sandman, Hobgoblin and Hammerhead. Then I might pick up Carnage, Scorpion, Hydro-Man and Tombstone

A month or so ago I had zero retro carded spiderman figures, I searched and searched online and at my usual stores and got lucky finding, Mysterio, Electro, Green Goblin, Sandman, and Kingpin on retro cards plus the toybiz Hobgoblin (best version) and at retail prices so if you keep looking it is possible. Now the actual spiderman figure that's a different story I just preordered the black costume and go with that fir now doesn't hurt the black costume is my favourite suit. I'm using the diamond select venom as my go to, he's big and it has the mcfarlane head. Great video! Monster Venom is a good choice too.
Dude, if you found them in a store for retail you are beyond lucky. I've been looking in stores since that wave dropped and I only ever saw Mary Jane. That's it. I kept thinking I'd see them and by the time I realized I wouldn't, they are all insane prices.

I wouldn't be surprised if Hasbro released all these figures as cell shaded repaints like they did with Venom.
I got retro spidey a few years back online for standard price. Recently there's a lot of K.O retro Spider-Mans popping up and that kinda makes me paranoid that I may have gotten a fake but I did buy the figure a long time before the K.O starts appearing.

I wasn't a fan of the retro Spidey, but I like the ditko head it came with so I bought it loose and put it on my SDCC Raft Spidey and BOOM, almost perfect Ditko suit, the blue is dark, just like I like it, but I might dye the blue black to go the whole way.

For my collection based on the figs in the video, I still need a Vulture, Rhino, and Lizard. Shocker's on pre-order so he's on the way. Other than that, I've got Retro Spider-Man, Goblin, and Electro. The new Marvel Select Venom with multiple heads, Select and Retro Sandman, Superior Octopus, and Retro Mysterio.
A decently good Vulture option is that Vulture/Spidey 2pk, which seems like is a pretty cheap option, although they are technically supposed to be Ultimate Spider-Man universe figures, so Spidey is teen sized and Vulture is younger, BUT comes with a cool helmet option to hide the face, (which really just makes more sense to me if you're an elderly guy flying around town, LOL 😆!!!)
ALSO, the Marvel Selects Rhino is a solid option for filling that slot. I have him myself (and the Vulture I mentioned... Even though I also have the newer Vulture for my OG Sinister 6...), so once Hasbro ever gets around to re-releasing that BAF Rhino, I'll have a Spidey version and a Hulk version for display options.

I'd not even mind a series for the channel "Tales from Japan" about your whole Japan experience in detail, with photos, reminiscing, that would be tremendous fun honestly. You have so much stuff to use, even your New York adventures. A kind of under-current to this channel, I feel anyway, is that you're kind of our personal Spider-Man and have had all sorts of journeys and adventures and flipping around performing actions like Spider-Man too and there are so many angles you could possibly discuss on occasion that I think viewers would love to hear about, it is not boring for us at all! Earlier I linked to this one guy who was dressed up as Spider-Man and performing some stunts with video trickery, and that guy is some guy who does something called "Acro Yoga" after being into Parkour, but in case you didn't see it, I thought it might be a little inspiring possibly, and if you have your costumes or get hold of some, you could as a treat do funny things with it for the channel and using your skills and camera tricks too:

Even if you flipped around in the yard or a park or something and had it filmed, people on this channel would go absolutely crazy for it, even if it ends up looking goofy or something, there would be no way to lose with the occasional use of more of your skills and talents that you love!

Also, I've seen this company and their ads, and they mostly go after channels that have content that is related to Japan, this is maybe one of their rare expansions into a channel which talks more about other things, so it may be a sort of big thing for them to reach out to you as well and expand who they advertise to, and it is wise of them to go beyond just Japanese content videos into the periphery of people who are always basically curious about Japan and Japanese things, such as pop culture enthusiasts, people into international nostalgia, and media collectors like comic book and action figure collectors, since Japan is always right on the edge of being mentioned in just about any of those sorts of conversations, and so this company should definitely reach out here in order to muffle discussions with the bright sounds of crunching.
Speaking of which, you can take it further possibly (and maybe even negotiate with them) to make videos where you try and rate and taste-test and comment about your past and present experiences with these snacks, I think that sort of video does well and besides that is always of interest, since people are always looking for your reactions and opinions about everything, living vicariously through you, which is what TH-cam seems to be about in a lot of cases: "Let me do the eating/thinking/talking/playing/reacting".
Your getting this ad was a big step in reaching the standards of some of the successful channels, and you're doing it seemingly before many of them ever do, which is fantastic. That is one interesting thing about this channel, how it is rather small still, but is already covering so many of the bases that the larger channels have with Patreon, Merch, Ads, now Memberships, Streams with money involved, its awesome to watch, and a lot more comfortable than the bigger channels.
One of the challenges I'm looking forward to watching is what might happen to the very "homey" sort of, lol that makes me think of a similar slang term, but I mean the very close, and warm sort of feeling the channel community has thanks to regulars like SwordInTheStorm and the way you interact with people (and me and the others who I haven't seen around for a little while, hope they will make a return soon).
Like, will it become cold and weird like so many of the bigger channels I've seen? Will the Live-Streams become a hellish blur of text moving rapidly like Matrix Code as it is in other channels that are much bigger? I can't stand those other channels, will growth and a lack of a sense of familiarity breed contempt!? It is to be seen!
A lot of the responsibility will end up resting with you (With Great Channel Size Comes...) to somehow be able to maintain warmth even though literally thousands of people will be trying to get your attention or asking your opinion on matters (Jesus Christ Superstar).
Also! A lot of these "niche" people who remain "niche" and specific, seem to become "deadened" over time, the light leaving their eyes, as their fun becomes "work" instead, which is why I've always encouraged absolute freedom and expansion so that you feel comfortable talking about anything at all on your mind so that you remain intellectually stimulated rather than feeling sort of bored with the self-imposed parameters that you might think people expect (but not the kind of people you should really be worried about).
The "brand" is you, and I think that people have only enjoyed this channel for the most part because of you and your opinions and style, so that you could discuss practically anything in the heightened manner that you do and with comedy and people would just love to come back and see what you're up to.
I've also seen a lot of channels over-do it with their marketing and commercialization, to the point that I get totally sick of it or they seem like sell-outs (which isn't the case when it comes to this ad at all or such an early stage), but like when they keep talking about "Hello Fresh" or "Ear Buds" or "Internet Privacy" and the usual suspects of ads, over and over, sometimes twice or more in videos with different ads (that pay out huge amounts based on views of the video, sometimes in numbers exceeding ten thousand dollars for a single ad, but imposing deadlines and other restrictions which ad(d) to stress and discomfort for the creators) it can make the rest of their content seem disingenuous and even hateful. Who can believe a corporate shill?!
I like this Japanese company though and I've never minded it trying to bring these snacks to people, which is also a kind of cultural knowledge and promotion of Japan in general to the world population, which I appreciate too! Maybe you could find similar products you could endorse and reach out to them, showcasing this ad you've made and the fact you were able to make a deal with this company, and then reaching out yourself and getting deals with other companies too.
The goal here is to, while finding products you can genuinely endorse, make as much as possibly to well cover your former precedent established as a performer, and then exceed it, so that TH-cam and this relaxed sort of workflow can become your main source of income and your new base to operate from.
I don't know about the moving to China business, I don't know how well people can operate there, though a lot of people seem to do well enough, I also end up hearing a lot of disturbing kinds of things by Anti-Chinese Government types, and so you may be able to operate more comfortably, as you have been, within the UK. Absolutely chaste and Devoid of Sex, just like me, your closest confidant!

And my favorite Hobgoblin remains this one from Spider-Man Series 17. Just to add that I like the Kraven from the 2 pack and last point, Hasbro never remade Battle Ravaged Spider-Man (2001).

The old series 8 toybiz doc ock isn't that bad of a bargain for your buck with bendable and fully poseable tentacles. Just don't plug the tentacles in all the way because the paint inside the sockets is old and will act like a glue making them nearly impossible to remove

It's so funny how different the UK eBay is from the US eBay. I mean you are totally correct that you can shop around but you need to be really, really patient because the prices you quoted were only correct on two of the figures and the others, like the older green goblin and the animated series venom are going for obnoxiously more money. Even the retro green goblin is selling on this side of the pond, ever since No Way Home, for 100 usd...It's insane that I was going to start selling my retros because they were duplicates but now I am holding on to them because whew. Now that I've gotten your attention briefly, here is what might be a bad idea possibly, but I thought it might be an interesting trick, though it might take a little work:
Step 1: You upload all your videos to TH-cam (this might already be the case)
Step 2: If TH-cam allows you to re-name them or edit the names without re-uploading, then you can add to the name, maybe at the end " #21 " or "DDMB #21" or even "DDMB Issue #21" if it is the 21st video. Why? This would give the impression that these are almost like issues of a comic book or series, however unrelated, but might trigger the "collector" and "collect them all" mentality of people who are interested in comics and toys.
It would also help with making references to videos, "Remember when you said such and such in #224" and it can create a kind of sense of lore too, which people like, it can also help you to make references to other videos and comments you've made in your own videos, similar to how Marvel comics even had the *See Issue #127 thing they did a lot.
I thought it might make for a cute little aspect to the channel that not many others have done. Putting it at the end of the titles might make it less invasive and would not cause people to feel as much pressure about catching them all, since some people might feel there are too many to even "begin" which happens when a show has too many seasons and stuff like that, but as a little thing at the end it can be interesting and help hardcore fans and obsessives to keep track of things and even argue amongst themselves about David "facts" lol.
Now, another interesting aspect to this is that the private videos, which are also numbered chronologically and in order, can be missing numbers in the collection. Which cruelly would lead the fanatic collector of David material (hair, nails, blooood) to want to sign up where they can to access those hidden "issues" particularly if they've seen or "read" all the others that are available!
If you wanted to be less cruel though, those could be numbered differently and be considered exclusive issues or "Special Events" or like the "Annual" issues are separated in lists sometimes, but I think that would make it all much more complicated and it would be much easier to just number them all chronologically, from your very first appearance and video (which might not be available to see online anymore but is hopefully still uploaded) to the latest. However "bad" the quality of the "issue" is, it makes it all the more fun and a talking point to discuss, just like people discuss the bad quality of certain comic issues, but it being private, like the very first episode being hidden but available exclusively, might encourage some people to pay just to find it or see it and have it as part of their collection.
Sort of a silly idea that I thought might make for some fun too!
It can also help you keep track of your videos and how many you're making and the direction they are taking and certain periods of videos being discussed, then you can easily say "#230-235" and stuff like that and people can find it much more easily too and search for things by the issue numbers they have missed!
