    Has TED become a place for commercials, business people who have no idea about science but tell is what is best for humanity, which happens to be what they are selling? This is embarrassing.

    Oh give us a break from this commercial. PLA can't even be recycled and is very difficult to compost so often it still ends up in landfills. Due to the issues that come with PLA, it can be argued that it really is no different to other plastics out there. Also, misleading TEDx title. This is just 20 minutes long commercial rant
