  • Homemade Mexican Chicken Tacos.
    INGREDIANTS:
    FOR STUFFING:
    1. Chicken : 500gm.
    2. Onion: 1 pc.
    3. Capsicum: 1/2 pc.
    4. Carrot: 1/2 pc.
    5. Sweet Corn : 1/2 cup.
    6. Garlic : 5-6 cloves.
    7. Green Chillies : 2 nos.
    8. Salt: As per taste.
    9. Coriander Powder: 1-1/2 TSP.
    10. Cumin Powder: 1-1/2 TSP.
    11. Kashmiri Red Chillies powder: 1-1/5 TSP.
    12. Refined Oil : 3 TBSP.
    13. Cheese: 3-4 cubes.
    FOR THE BREAD:
    1. All Purpose Flour: 1 Cup.
    2. Rice Flour: 1/2 Cup.
    3. Salt: As per taste.
    4. Water : 2 cups
    FOR THE SAUCE:
    1. Tomato Sauce.
    2. Mayonnaise
    PREPARATION:
    FOR THE STUFFING:
    1. Chop all vegetables mentioned above.
    2. Boil the chicken in a pot after adding salt.
    3. Once the chicken is boiled shred it with help of a fork.
    4. Put some oil and butter in a pot and fry all the vegetables.
    5. Add all the masalas and saute the mixture properly.
    6. sprinkle some water and cover with a lid so that all the veggies and masalas get cooked properly.
    7. once done set it aside to get cooled.
    FOR THE BREAD:
    1. Take another pot and mix the all purpose flour, rice flour, salt and water prepare the dough.
    2. Brush some oil on the dough and mix it.
    3. Set the dough aside for some time.
    4. Make 5-6 small doughs out of the main dough and roll it to make tacos sheet.
    6. Take a tawa and slightly roast the sheets on both side.
    7. Spread the sauce mixture and put the stuffing on half area of the sheet and fold the sheet in half.
    8. Brush melted butter over the sheet and fry it over the tawa properly on both side untill it gets cooked.
    9. Once its done your tacos are ready to have with some salads and fries... ENJOY...😍
