HOME MADE CRISPY FRIED PANEER 65

- Home made Crispy Paneer 65, A simple and fun to make recipe liked by all age group people.
INGREDIANTS:
1. Paneer cubes: 200gm
2. Capsicum: 1 cup
3. Onion: 1 cup
4. Chopped Garlic: 6-7 cloves
5. Cornflour: 3 tbsp
6. Dark soya sauce: 2 tbsp
7. Tomato Ketchup: 4 tbsp
8. Green chilli sauce: 2 tbsp
9. Dry red chillies: 2-3 pcs
10. Black musturd seeds: 2 tsp
11. Curry leaves: 2 tbsp.
12. Kashmiri chilli powder
PREPARATION:
1. Cut the capsicum and onion into diced pieces.
2. Marinate the paneer cubes with salt, Kashmiri chilli powder and cornflour and set aside for 10 mins.
3. Now deep fry the marinated paneer cubes in a pot in low flame until it gets crispy.
4. Once paneer is done frying remove them inside a bowl and let it to cool.
5. From the same pot remove the excess oil (this oil can be used as chilli oil in many other recipes) and put the black mustard seeds, dry chillies and curry leaves and let them sizzle for few seconds.
6. Put the onions and capsicum and sauce for 2 mins on medium flame.
7. Make the sauce mixture using soya, tomato and green chilli sauces in a small bowl and then add them to the cooking pot.
8. Make cornflour slurry in another small bowl and then add it again to the cooking pot.
9. Cook the gravy for 2 mins and then add the fried paneer cubes and toss them for another 2 mins in high flame.
10. Switch off the flame and serve the dish on a bowl.
