Especially since most of the time (not all) people are wearing gear for power level at that stage and not a look of their choice. Uploading them to TH-cam serves no point since there are channels that already upload all cutscenes and have the old ones already uploaded. Just wishful thinking on my part I guess.
This needs to be put into the game. I can understand why some want our own character in them, but if that requires too much work, then I think its just best we put these as it is in game so people can catch up on the story.

The vanguard went out of its way to be neutral and say guardians aren’t warlords and the vanguard wasn’t a military government but yet now that seems to be exactly what they are and allied with a military cabal/junta it seems…in some ways it’s no wonder neomuna hid its existence from earth the guardians the city and the vanguard for so long no wonder the neomuna news guy is skeptical and keeps mocking us calling us warlords. These cutscenes in order really help understand what is going on these days. Still confused on these new season things. Thought when they were introduced they were just extra loot and extra activision cash grab bs and extra end game things and not relevant to canon or story and were meant to be optional extra content for loot driven players and help support the game/activision But now it seems the expansions have no story and the base game is gone and all the story is hidden in season passes now? Anyway really liked the part of this season of the seraph when I came back to game and love season of defiance so far and slowly figuring things out again and these cutscenes/cinematics really help Season of defiance is slowly starting to feel like I had hoped destiny 1 would have been like at launch, really enjoy the focus on Mara Sov and the awoken and the cool looking awoken themed weapons and how Mara comes to help defend Earth while we are away on Neptune …especially as last I knew Mara was trapped in a sword or roaming the ascendant plane or something. Hopefully eventually we can start rebuilding Europa and Neptune and the Moon and the EDZ and the city and kick the evil fallen from the cosmodrome and rebuild the dreaming city and finally push back a bit. Ever since the collapse it’s been major war or calamity after another and with how insanely powerful guardians are and have become it shouldn’t still be us hanging on by a thread all the time 8 or 9 years into Destiny. Neomuna brought hope again only to realize they’ve been fighting the vex since before we even knew about the vex when the exo stranger told us about them on the moon in destiny 1…also something feels very ominous about how the vex are tied into neomuna and the exo program and Rasputin and how the only way to escape the simulation the vex trapped everything in was with Rasputin help but we know now that vex tech was used by the bray guy Clovis to build the exos and Rasputin and the war minds etc to start with. Also the pyramids were described as vex ships but we haven’t seen any vex around or on them so that too is ominous… Then we commune with pyramids for our darkness subclass elemental powers so it seems we are empowered by the vex now…also even our light elemental powers the hive and vex have rough equivalents to our guardian classes/abilities and apparently ether is fallen name for our light powers I remember reading or hearing somewhere. Then recently we find out exposure to radiolaria fluid can turn a human into a vex unit…. Which makes you really wonder about guardians and the player character…how many countless times by now have we stepped in been splattered by or bathed in radiolaria fluid while fighting the vex. Now Rasputin is shut down what is left to stop vex for just taking over everything at this point. And apparently neomuna cloud ark and veil were also built with vex tech and research…
We literally killed Savathun, she had an entire expansion dedicated to her, dunno if I would call that glossed over imo. Also Calus and the Red Legion were destroyed on screen in the base game, which has sadly been vaulted

It’d be nice to have a cutscene viewer in game so we can see our own characters in them.
That would add storage to the game, maybe about 10GB at least with all of them combined.
