The year is 2k8. Poor human being acquires his fat PSP and buys many games. Patapon arrives first, and coincidentally it's the only game he ordered blindly, without having tried a demo. His uncle's words: "They say Patapon is fucking amazing" were convincing enough. Nevertheless, the human being tries Patapon. He goes to many adventures, and eventually finds himself on this Patapon desert he cannot cross, because his Pones are being burnt alive. "Shit", he says. "Fortunately, LocoRoco has just arrived. Fuck Patapon, I'm not gonna play it again."

Patapon 2 was my first Patapon game, where the desert appeared at the beginning of the late game.
But then came Gong's Trial and I fumbled for 2 weeks trying to figure out how to get the rain juju

Wow, a few missions were really hard for me back in time when I played this game like Ground Zero or Cioking but I've never had problems with Zaknel, pretty easy for me

@@mikic28 Zaknel was hard in Patapon 1, he was the second story boss, your Patapons are weaker, no hero, and you can only do Chaka Chaka against the earthquake since there's no jump song.

Chris Cross It was really rough. There were several times where I though that Zaknel was a little extreme there for a second story boss. You normally don’t have strong Rarepons (you’d probably have a bunch of Pyokola, _possibly_ some Gekolos, and _possibly_, but unlikely, one or two Mofeel or Tikulee.) even then, you can’t redo battles with Zigotons (which kinda sucked), so you had to make due with what equipment you had (If RNG was nice, you’d have some iron and steel weapons, but mostly stock weapons and armour) and the Chaka Chaka didn’t stop Zaknel from accumulating damage quickly. He was a beast the first time and he’s still a beast late game (but Dokaknel surpasses him~)

mikic28 The most difficult mission where this theme played in Patapon 1 was Facing Gate Ghoul Baban. That mission drove me up the walls.

I remember one of Zaknels moves was VERY unpredictable and I hated it because it would always kill like half of my army in one hit.
