the only bad thing about this video, 9:02 when you get to the wiring, that box you took off the radio is the only thing having to do with the cars hvac system, the radio has 0 control to that. the 3 wires that you said control the vents actually have to do with the antenna amplifier hence why it has that rca/antenna plug that goes directly in radio
Hello, how much internal amp power did your head unit come with. Most of the ones I seen are 60 watts X 4. I just replaced all 6 speakers on my 2017. I didnt realize the rear deck 6x9's and front door 6.5's were 2 ohm, while the front dash 3.5 speakers are 4 ohm. All the replacement speakers I installed were 4 ohm speakers and all I can say the sound is much improved over the factory whizzer cone speakers that came with the car. Im still running the factory head unit for now. It does the job and at least its a cd headunit.
@@Marisaaabel If you replace all the oe speakers it sounds so much better. There is actually alot more bass with the new speakers as well as the highs from the tweeters. Im not doing anything more but im alot happier driving my altima.
OK so I got a 2013 Nissan Altima also and every android flatscreen radio off of Amazon I noticed that some of them come with a camera with the radio and that is opposed to be the better quality The android flatscreen radios with the factory Altima camera. It’s not going to look well, unless you put the one that it comes with. Me personally, I bought a Amazon radio flatscreen and hooked it up to the original back up camera and it was no good the only way that I think that it will be good quality is only putting the camera that it comes with FYI if you do put the camera that it comes with I would definitely appreciate that because I tried to figure out how to put the camera in my car that it comes with but I just ended up just returning the whole thing for a couple reasons but ya The radio that I had it was a 10 inch and it looked like like a damn iPad lol
@@angelboyette208 correct I did not get the radio with the camera I did not see the point of it, but if the quality is not good. I will have to get the camera and install it as well

Hello, I am trying to connect to apple CarPlay , I have a similar device. But I am unable to work around the interface. Can you help me out if you use CarPlay? Thanks
Well well well, look who finally decided to switch out the factory headunit with a android/tablet type headunit 🥳. Those are real cool for what they are. Personally not for me because of various reasons. I much rather keep my factory cd/mp3/xm radio/backup camera/gps headunit in my 2013 Altima and it don't need internet to work, the newer units needs some form of internet. if it comes to having to switch out mines then I'll purchase a headunit that has these same features that I previously stated in a newer unit and yes they're made with these named features and comes with extra features as the same as the android based units does. Nonetheless!!! Sister got a BIG SCREEN IN HER CONSOLE NOW!! 💯🤙🥳 P. S. I see that you're almost at 1,000 substers 💯💯💯🥳😋
make sure the radio cord is plugged in tight because that’s the power cord but If those white boxes are not clipped in the right way, it could cause the radio to not turn on.
I have a Murano 2010 LE (Bose sound system + Navigation) and the Original radio setup is similar to yours (radio box and AC amplifier box combo). when you connected the ac amplifier box get the AC working again, were you able to see the AC functions on the android radio display as well? because the Murano doesnt have the little AC display like the Altima. it is the only thing stopping me from buying these android
@@itsme2369 you’re Welcome and sadly the radio gave out when my battery died, so I put my original radio back. But it worked like normal. I had the camera, Bluetooth and radio, so it was good while it lasted 😁

How do you solve the camera issue? I've the same problem. Can you share please?
In the Reverse Camera settings, try changing resolution to NTSC.
Will try that

What brand is the radio plz
I do not remember if there was a brand, however I purchased it from eBay

make sure the radio cord is plugged in tight because that’s the power cord but
If those white boxes are not clipped in the right way, it could cause the radio to not turn on.
There is also a red fuse behind the headunit next to the power plug. It wont turn on if the fuse falls off like it happened to me, glad I notice 😅😅😅
