I was at that die. Cotyon Bowl, Fair Park. I saw them perform live there a number of times, first time in 1975 openers were the Eagles, Montrose and Trapeze
Oh WOW!! I was there the day before...in the RAIN!! But we had a blast. This was my first time ever to a Stones show.....thankfully, saw a lot more of them going forward from 1981. PS. Happy Birthday Mick!!!
I was at the L.A. concert about a week before this and saw Prince get booed offstage after only 3 songs. It was Prince, George Thorougood, J. Geils Band and the Stones!
Brings back memories of seeing them at the Cotton Bowl. Thanks for posting. More people would rank the Beatles #1 and the Stones #2 but for me it’s the other way around. I love the blues and many of the Stones songs are bluesy.🎸🎵
I worked at a radio station and the live promo came in Chile, and on TV. They presented it a lot, it reminds me of my youth. I still have the promo LP. my favorite
Wow. Thank you for putting this together. You guys noticing Wyman’s formidable bass playing? Great collaboration with Charlie Watts. And then ofcourse the holy trinity. Keep it up guys.
I wasn't at this show but saw 3 Texxas Jams in the Cottom Bowl starting in 1978. These were massive shows with some of the greatest acts in music. You just don't see this much anymore unless maybe Coachella.
Saw them in Buffalo NY at Rich Stadium on this tour. It rained, it was windy and the stage backdrop was ripped up. What stands out in my mind is that they did the song "Tops" which was really cool even though the wind was whipping through Mick's mic, still, me and my buddies had a blast!
I saw the Stones this tour in Buffalo with George Thorogood and Journey opening. It was pouring down rain but George Thorogood powered through his set shaking his fist at the sky.
Is there any footage from the October 31st show? I was at that performance and it poured down raining through the entire show. Would love to see any footage that might exist.

Always loved these soundboards from 81. We can always hear how much Bill contributes.
Nothing like a crispy SB with bass high up in the mix.
I was there 3rd row always my favorite concert ever
They sound amazing with Charlie and bill
Wow this is going to be fantastic thanks Glimmer Stone.
Happy Birthday Mick Jagger!
nice shoulder pads, Mick! ahhh, the 80's....pay attention folks, Bill is laying down some funky bass. He was underappreciated
Both Dallas shows on that tour were outstanding! Thanks again Glimmer! Really love everything you do!

With Ronnie Wood
Fact.
Couldn't agree with you more.

Probably the last tour that Keith kicked ass. I've seen them 6 times. First in 1978.
Still kicked ass in '97 ! It was downhill from there...
I saw them on that tour at Candlestick Park. Off the hook! Stones are the GOAT.
Saw them a couple of weeks before. George Thurogood and Heart. Good acid best concert ever
I was there !
I was at this show. Mick, doing his thing. The immortal Keith doing his. Rock on, boys!
We were 5 hours north and laying rubber on county roads in 1981.
Ja sam bila na koncertu Stones,Mik Jegera 1995.god.u Budimpešti na Nep stadionu.

The Hal Ashby film captures this tour perfectly
Yes, Hal Ashby filmed the concert at Sun Devil Stadium, Arizona.
Bellisimo
Tony D Cowboys Jersey! Stones and Cowboys rule the world!
Keep on rolling
I saw them about 6 weeks later in MN
Rockin' the Tony Dorsett jersey. Possibly the best Stones concert I saw
Stones forever !
Happy birthday Sir Mick Jagger 🎊🎉🎊

Excellent job, Glimmer Stone! You rock too! :)
I can almost smell the merk cocaine here 😂
Your comment Is not humoristic ☹️ SIX likes for not nice words 😏 ??? Boh 🤔
I was at this show. I was 16 and went to see them because I had heard somewhere that they were about to stop touring and or retire.
The most powerfull intro !
I was at that show that day...The Fabulous Thunderbirds+ZZ Top Opened the Show!!
Mick is wearing Running Back Tony Dorsett's #33. Dallas fans would recognize that.
Love the nod to Duke at the beginning.
I was at the Oct 31st concert ! Great concert rain and all!!
Very short concert ever of The Rolling Stones, They didn't play other songs until 2 hours of them, which is a shame, is there an uncut version? Thanks
It's like someone's i phone recording today. But better
wow, wonder where that blue jacket is today.
Can anybody rally get excited about this anymore
Buon pomerigio a tutti cuanti...
ROLLING STONES BABY...
ALL THE REST KEEP ON SUCKING...
CAPISCE
Geeze Keith looks better now than 43 years ago. How is that possible.
La mejor forma de saber si el micro esta en modo on es berreando un poco antes de empezar el concierto. Grande Jagger y los Stones 😂
No Start Me Up??? Super Weird setlist for they don't have that song in this show
Bila sam i na Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple i obilazak Budimpešte 4.dana u hotelu sa doručkom.

A little dab of colombian marching powder on Mick's teeth maybe?
i always hope ron wood is ok these days...xx
I don't get the opening of the song... - what was that all about?
Green screen?
Mick is rocking a Tony Dorsett jersey on the last song
2024 and Keith has outlived Richard Simmons…..
Shows
I wasn't there.
E ez ok .ma tök joo sztem
It’s not hard rock it’s no zeppelin
Favourite band, but they were absolutely shite in the 80s.
Qué hacé, vieja...
Worst version of this song ever ,very much like hearing Brian on vibes❤l hate the 80s so much ,and the stupid knee pads c'mon mick really?
Who gave you a wedgie?
Your comment? PUAH 😫 Why come here on Stones Channel??
Save Only nice words on Unforgettable BRIAN JONES 😢💔👍
