- At long last, the cotton picker is finally coming out of the shop and is in much better shape than when she went in! But having no experience with the baler part of it, what will happen when Matt and Andy kick it on and see if it operates correctly?

Thank you for adding this information to your video as I never knew there was so much to a cotton picker head.
Seeing what you do who ever got your old picker got a great one
It’s really amazing how much work it takes to get a picker ready for harvest.
Man - that is some tedious yet necessary and worthwhile work on those heads. Hope all goes well at TT, Alamo.
Might add to the viewer count. Since I was told to wear more tank tops and makeup, maybe we need to go topless!!!!! 😂
Very interesting video. Thank You for sharing
What part number is the tool you used to do your bar heights? Want one for myself. Cheers
I don’t know the part number. Have had it for years. It’s available through Deere
Hot and bothered who do you think you are ……. Fabio😂😂😂😂

LOL Tell Kelly to give you one more biscuit for thinking of us and not turning the camera around. BWAHAHAHA I could not resist.
The farmer I worked for I helped him do this on his picker. I will be honest, watching paint dry in more entertaining.
I worked many years in a gun store/gunsmith shop. You were talking about the old owner not cleaning that out and it rusting. I learned thins in the gun shop. One human hair averages about 3 thousandths of an inch. So it does not take much when you are talking in Thousandths. Shooting wise. One thickness of a human hair at the shooting bench, equals 3 inches at a 100 yards.
The wires screens you put on the accumulator does make a big difference I have run both it’s a good move
The amount of work you do on preventive maintenance is amazing love the channel 😊😊
A couple of quick questions...maybe you covered the first in a previous episode and I just missed it. Will you be hauling bales to the mill or will they come and pick up? And...I noticed the previous owners decal is still on the picker. Are you going to get a nice Griggs Farm decal to replace it with? 68 degrees for a high coming up here tomorrow in Lafayette County Mo, and north of the river here it's a sea of green paint shelling corn!
We stage the round modules in the field and the gin comes and pick them up.
Might work on decal next year
Keep the shirt on … mostly they’d be bothered not hot 😂
#truth
There's always women out there and Matt when you take your shirt off they got to see some eye candy LOL😊😊
Hey Matt I like that military time to I maybe biased cause I was in the army for 15 years. LOL
Matt, you had better get Kellys' picker fixed right!
wow lots on a picker so cool
How many bales do you expect to make this year Matt? The only part of this baler I have any experience with is the baling part. Wondered how you prepare for that?
Cotton yield is impossible to predict. But it should be pretty good
I missed a Lot of daze from skool.
I did however learn that the tool you are using is a dial indicator not a dial caliper.
I don't no much but I know dat much.
Good luck to you.
First 💪🏾
I would put the upgrade plastic fingers on the baler well worth it
It has them
