Do you know the actual seller on eBay and does the grill come with the letters I see some of them don’t I see
I would message the seller and ask them, that's what I did. I think they don't post all the letters due to copyright or something along those lines.

Could the grill fit a 2003 navigator? Obviously I wouldn't use the ford letters.

This one came from Ebay, I saw other sites out there had them too. Just search 03-06 Expedition Raptor Style Grille.

It's a Raptor style for the 2003-2006 Expedition.
It's weird because the actual Raptor grill is around $100 lol. Not sure why the blank aftermarket ones cost more than double
