We speak of "being diagnosed" or use the noun "diagnosis." But when someone offers computer or medical assistance, they never say they're going to "diagnose" you.
you can use FireRTC to use other phone numbers to call them. Under settings you can change the phone number that displays on caller ID, so if they catch on to your number, you can change it.
When will these scammers learn the fact that Mac's cannot open EXE files and there is no 'Registry' as the apps are all self-contained? Do they just figure "hey, Mac OS is just like Windows", or do they know that and never bothered to change their Apple JavaScript?

He showed me the website and it actually had a BBB tag on it, and when i searched the BBB website, i actually found their company there. So are some of them actually legit companies?
