Andy -- About the battery // I found the t GN3 Gaoneng 450 mah and 550 mah 1s will fit the holder perfect and they are 50/150 c. Of course you have to change the connector which is really easy - They are HV 4.35v and last a lot longer than the stock battery. After you run it, let the motors cool off a bit before you put in a fresh battery. Its a great little woop.

Thats one of the best out-of the-box tinys, I`ve seen yet. -Power and hardly any breakup in the video transmission.
Maybe solder a whip antennae on instead of the cloverleaf. Great vid thx Andy

There´s so many micros out with varying levels of performance, but this one seem to have hit a good spot.
I think I´ll get one one or two. maybe do the whip mod on one and see the difference in breakup.

i went to banggood to buy extra batteries and i found the 150mah 45c batteries but it says that they will not work in the e010s just the e010. it looks like its just a micro losi/walkera plug. do you have any suggestions on what batteries i should use? thanks again.
Hi Andy, I am contemplating buying this model, however, the Eachine EB185 is only AUD$125 and I have the Eachine i6 already.
Does it have acro mode or is it only stabilized?
I'm late, but if anybody's still wondering it has acro, but as Andy says it drifts a bit for indoors.

You can change the Taranis radio default to AETR...at least in the QX7 you can. Much easier than going into Beeeeeeta flight.
Yee, that frame is very light
I bougth one just to compare to my other frames, original E010 frame seems to be the heaviest, f36 is lighter but this one migth be the lightest at 3g. 2 blade props definitely give more flight time

Re-looking at this one now with Black Friday coming up. In *hindsight*, which would you recommend, this E010S or the KK Tiny 6. Downside of this is that it has Cleanflight on it, but perhaps now, months after this review, it comes with Betaflight .. not sure. Q101 did set it up with Acro and flew it outdoors, and it seemed to do okay in near windless conditions. Any thoughts? Cheers

hi andy i used this for months and suddenly today when i connect the battery it turned on as normal and fpv was normal,and when throttling up the video goes buzzy or quite lagging (similar to when finding channels on the goggles) and wht cld be the issue????

Silly question from someone just getting into this - is "tiny whoop" like "kleenex" in that it's a brand name that's become universally descriptive of a certain kind of product - or was it always just a class of quad?

Andy, I am interested in these whoop style of quads and this one seems great to start with. I am invested in the tactic slt system at the moment and don't have a transmitter compatible with this. So my question is which system should I invest in. I really need to stay inexpensive here. A Taranis is out for now. Can't get the quad and expensive radio too. Something that will allow me to upgrade the copter a bit would be nice too. I will eventually go brushless. That King Kong 90 looks fun. Anyway, do I go dsm, flysky and is there a cheap frysky? Thanks.
I love this quad. Is there a way that I can increase the motor rates at a lower throttle than it is originally defaulted for? I’m use to the larger quads. I’d like to have more motor speed at a lower stick throttle. Is this possible?
I can't sem to find any spare battery with the same connector.... that's annoying...

blake5 I actually found a solution but it requires a bit of DIYing. Pretty easy soldering but not as easy as just buying it.

These are the exact same ones as the one provided with the E010S except the connector BUT they give you adapters. so what I am gonna do is cut the wires and solder the right connector on the batteries. I think this smaller connector is no good for powerful setups. That's why I prefer to change the connector on each battery rather than changing it on the quad ;)

i think you would struggle to fit any other battery without modification its designed exactly for the one it comes with

Hya m8, love your videos.! I have just received my e1010s ( in the wrong mode lol). So whilst waiting for new transmitter I am unsuccessfully trying to use the fpv cam on my bugs 3. Do u know of reason why this cam wont work with the bug? Any help appreciated.
Oddly enough just ordered one of these, I didn't have any luck with the fb90. Seemed like the more I flew that thing the worse the performance got :-(. I plugged it into my pc tried to recalibrate it now the motors are on full blast all the time. Guess I bricked it?

I have the e010c now with the upgraded 45c 150mah battery. What rate is good to charge these batteries at. I have always heard 1c but that was some time ago. That would be ~.2 amps and using that, it takes longer to charge than the little USB charger that comes with it. The amperage isn't listed on the USB charger. I am using the Thunder AC6 charger which has the selectable amp rates. Thanks.

I believe the keyword you're looking for is "Losi" (as in "Team Losi"). It's also known as a Walkera connector. There's an rcgroups.com thread titled "Correct name for Losi/Walkera 2 pin battery connector" that goes into more detail on Molex part numbers that you may want to check out, too.

Hi guys, great videos! I'm kind of new in flying but I've really started to get addicted... I´ve already purchased some fvp goggles (EV800) and the UDI U28 1 fpv quadcopter. However I looking for an indoor flyer like the ones you show in your videos… I don’t have any advanced RC transmitter so I guess I’ll have to get one (or maybe not?). Would you please help me choosing something for less than $100? Which “micro” quadcopter (like the Eachine E010C/E010S/ Makerfire RTF/ Etc.) would you recommend me for “indoor” flying? And what transmitter do you recommend me? I´ve seen on amazon a packaged for the Eachine E010C for $50 that comes with a tiny transmitter, is it worth it?

they modify the frame as the F36 on the ducts, that create a compresor type of effect, giving at least 20% more thrust and efficiency, I got the two of them, I modify the 010 with www.gearbest.com/multi-rotor-parts/pp_590130.html?wid=21 flight controller and two blades now I will do 2 blades, is a lots of fun. I've followed every step in your video but when I plug in the battery the motors go full speed. I have a Taranis Qx7. My PID default was on multi-wii and my default settings were different than yours. Can anyone help?

Hey Andy, i got a Taranis QX7 w/ the Irange IRx4 from banggood, the latest one, and i can't seem to bind it to my eachine e010s. what sub protocols did you use? i tried all of them, STD, v9x9, v6x6, v912, cx22 but none of them work? also when i press the bind button on the e010s, it just seems to flash green and i can see a faint blue light just lit up. do you know what that means? im lost....
Daniel Sung What version of the E010S did you get? I got the version with the FrSky receiver, and it bound fine using D8 out of the box.

Andy when i connect it to cleanflight it just CLI is available. Help plzz
PlainLuke You need to install an older version of Cleanflight (1.x), or flash a newer version onto the quad. The message you get when you try to connect will explain this.

Unzip the file, then drag the extracted folder into Chrome. After that, you should be able to launch this older version of the configurator, and it should connect with the E010S without problems :)
65mm is the best size for indoors, but the flight time is unresolved problem and it would not be fun until some good solution comes like 5 min flight time for a 65mm setup wit much punch

I would like to know where the low-voltage on this board is to bridge it. I repeat the board is a f3 evo installed in eachine e010s, this according to bangood, I to flash it in betaflight I had to put sp racing f3, with the option evo did not work, this just as data. Fatcat Artz So I confirm it is not compatible with AFHDS 2A, I also have a fs-i6s and i tried everything but impossible to bind. With the fs-i6s unable to switch to AFHDS mode. I am waiting to see with banggood see if there is a solution.

Good review, I like those tiny things.The board supports voltage telemetry too when you enable the voltage meter and scan for new sensors on the Taranis, the RSSI sensor is (how do I say it nicely?), quite bad, the interference range is about 1 meter. I like the BG Beecore better though, it seems quicker. Built a version with an F36 frame, a Beecore, racestar motors and a CM275T camera mounted in the front, that is under 20 grams. That thing is fast in combination with a stripped Turnigy 260 35-70C battery. It'll last 3 minutes LOS, flying like a madman. and about 4 minutes FPV, flying way slower.

I ordered mine few months ago waited over a month till I got it and when I received it it looked like it was run over by a truck.
FC not working receiver not working. Contacted Banggood they’re asking for a video through TH-cam of the receiver and FC, I honestly don’t know how I’m going to make a video of the FC and receiver not working cause it’s they not working.
Now it’s been 2 weeks no reply from Banggood, has anyone else had problems like what I’m having cause Banggood support is so bad they’re just not replying to my emails.

I just received mine today, I bound it to my FlySky TH9X and was flying within a minute of taking it out of the box!!!! Up until now I have been flying my Hubsan X4C indoors but this is on another level!!!!

Hello, i have the Frsky Taranis plus controller, when i am going to connect my EO10S, i only have D16 mode, and not D8.. What to do? Do the D16 work?
