Enable Email Function:
Menus - Security - Edit Security Setups - Edit Access Controls - Email Function: No Security
Turn on Email shortcut in the homescreen:
Menus - Settings - General Settings - Home Screen Customization - Email: Diplay
Configure Email Account:
Menus - Network/Ports - SMTP Setup
Primary SMTP Gateway: smtp.gmail.com
Primary SMTP Gateway Port: 465
Secondary SMTP Gateway (Optional)
Secondary SMTP gateway Port (Optional)
SMTP Timeout: 30
Reply Address : email address
Use SSL: Required
SMTP Server Authentication: Login/Plain
Device-Initiated Email: Use device SMTP credentials
User-Initiated Email: Use device SMTP credentials
Device Use ID: Email Address
Device Password: Email Password
Create an email subject:
Menus - Settings - Email Server Settings - Subject
Create an email message:
Menus - Settings - Email Server Settings - Message

Reply address is the email account to which you want the recipient to reply. Let say for example an individual have received the scanned document and clicked reply from the email client application, this "Reply address" will receive it.
