Mike, is there a way to create an email shortcut, from a remote computer, that shows a shortcut icon like you see when you created it from the printer? I have a long list of email addresses I want to copy & paste into a shortcut, but so far, all I can figure out how to do is have a numeric shortcut (ex: 5 or 27, etc.) and you have to search by hitting the address book and type some part of an email address that is saved. I would like to have a graphic icon, and then edit it with the necessary email addresses. It's just too much to type from the touch screen on the printer. I hope my question makes sense.
Hy I have a problem setting up scan to email on lexmark x364 dn. In menu setting i don^t have use ssl/tls option. I followed the instruction in te video but it doesn^t work. Do i have to use a differrent email server? a server that does not requiers ssl/tls?
I just bought a used Lexmark printer, I have set up everything according to your video, but no EMAIL shows on the Home Screen, I just have "copy" icon, any ideas why?

Thanks I couldn't find the stupid address book. I guess it was too hard for Lexmark to label the actual address book as address book...
