I love the Merritt Island Wildlife Refuge. I just put 100 miles on my motorbike riding those dirt roads. Thanks for sharing!

That is awesome! I would love to see more of this type of drives. The Apopka one is packed full of gators and birds.

Thank you, sometimes in the lagoon the bio luminescence makes everything lined up with a green glow when the water is disturbed. It's pretty cool and you can rent kayaks and go out for a guided tour from the canal.

I beleive this was episode 7 of Turds Talks with Matt, if you've lost count. Always good to see a fine dissertation pertaining to all things scat in a Jeep ride. 😂

I talked to the Ranger back at the welcome center, they said if it had that pointy end then it was probably bobcat.

@@FloridaJeepRides we have those up here. I've seen them but never encountered one. Anyone I have ever talked that has said they are downright mean lol

Hey! I’m gonna try fishing Biolab road for my birthday in hopes of catching my first red and tarpon. Would you have any advice for me? I’m using artificials, I’m just uncertain if it is worth going

We used to fish the flats there on a regular basis. We casted across an open area and they would strike along the edge. We just walk in the water. Top spinners, jigs, and color of the rig mad a difference. In a boat we would fish along the trestle area. Lots of great fishing there.

Perhaps the young ones could, the biggest problem with manatees is motorboats. Almost all of them had scarring on the back from props

What time of the year were you there? It does not look that crowded.

We were there around June 4 for our anniversary. In the middle of the week so it was very uncrowded.
