    For those possibly going crazy attempting to pull assets for the Reporter years later, I had to do the following:
    "Assigned User" = ${reporter.label}
    Whereas "Assigned User" is the value we used for our Schema in relation to what we see here in this video as "Owner". Basically change "Owner" to whatever naming/employee attribute you gave to designate as the owner/assignee/assigned user/property of/employee. You get the gist.

    Can you please tell how did you map the Jira user in users schema? I have imported the list of users from Azure but I could not link those users with Jira users, because I do not know the method :( .

      You need to map the full name of the user from the import to a field in your schema that is of type 'User'. This will then go match the full name of the user to the Jira user stored in Jira. Looks at 2:48 in the video, the Name field would be mapped as User.

      @@stevenls9781 I highly recommend not using name for the Jira User profile lookup. It breaks when you have users with the same name. We use Username because that value is consistent between our Insight/Asset User import from Workday and our Jira User import from OKTA and it maps the value more accurately.

    Can you please us know, how to upload invoice attachment for multiple assets .I mean to upload attachments in a bulk

      Hey 👋🏻 At this time, we only have an API to upload an attachment for just one subject. You can look more into it here: insight-javadoc.riada.io/insight-javadoc-8.6/insight-rest/#attachments_object__objectid__post
      Another option you could try would be to use an automation rule. You can import the file name and path into an attribute and use this REST API [ insight-javadoc.riada.io/insight-javadoc-8.6/insight-rest/#attachments_object__objectid__post ] fired from a groovy script in an Automation Rule.

    Can we not just populate the Owner from the Users located already in Atlassian/Jira/Conf? Is it completely necessary to also create a DB with users when they already exists within the product itself? Great video and thank you in advance!

      Yes, We can do that by using the Jira User key.
      1. First you need to have a separate group for Insight.

      @@mayurjadhav6298 How do we do this? Do you have a documentation or a video about this please? I am having struggle now with importing users list and I did not find a method to map the user with jira user profile

      It is recommended to have a User object type as well and map the laptop's assigned owner to that because Insight/Assets can store more fields than the default Jira User profile which is very limited. A User object can contain Manager/VP/Budget Owner links to other users which can be used to automate approvals. User and Laptop objects can both still have fields linking to the user's Jira User record (don't use full name for this, use username or email, preferably username).
      As an example, we use automation to automatically create a ticket when a user exits that makes the exiting staff member's manager the Reporter and auto-fills in a custom field with all of that exiting staff member's Laptops, and then automatically triggers an email to the manager letting them know what laptops that staff member is expected to be returning to track that process.
