Is there any step-by-step videos for asset training and object/issue integration setup guides? Struggling to make things work like I've seen in 30 second videos, and I'm starting to think it's due to being on Cloud instead of server....
Using Jira Service Management Cloud, +3 months troubleshooting Asset Discovery, could not get it to work. Assets does work, Asset discovery based on my experience is not a fully developed product.

Really interested to know how you were able to make an Inbound reference to your employee from the asset with the User attribute.
Using Jira Service Management Cloud, +3 months troubleshooting Asset Discovery, could not get it to work.

In JSM Cloud, Asset Discovery does not discover cloud.
So many of these Atlassian videos are marketing jargon. Very little help.
