@@UlpaNoyaNoyaEinhorn I can understand Yiddish, which is part of Jewish culture and history, and Arabic which is a closely related language, but English inserted into Hebrew - to me - sounds ugly. And I'm a native English speaker.
@@emet744 I actually love it! I think it's really interesting and cool how we take words from English and change their sound so they sound more Hebrew. Kind of like creating our own version of them. It's just one part of what modern Hebrew/Israeli is composed of. I like how the language evolves and changes. And adopting words from English is part of this. English does that too, you know. It has a lot of adopted words from French for example. I don't think that's ugly at all. It's awesome. And useful. And efficient.

It has more than one meaning, but it would be a safe bet to say that in this sentence it means: Really? or: I see.
