Ang galing ng space planning ng architect. For a 280 sqm lot, ang dami n’yang na-fit na functional spaces na hindi mukhang masikip. The materials are also classy yet not trendy. In 20 years, this house won’t look “old” dahil timeless ang mga choices nila.

The only let down here is the walkin closet where bathroom included in walk trough, bathtub was on a middle (rather a drawer table organizer) think about the heat and moistures…
Open dirty kitchen considered to be added atleast sink and cooking area. Its so ganda ng kitchen na daily cooking. I love it

Lovely home, good layout. What I do not like is the closet in the bathroom. The shower and toilet are not enclosed so moisture is the concern. That explains why the houses abroad I watched via TH-cam always the cabinet and bathroom are separate.
