Man I miss my teenage years so much, we desperatly need the 90's back (and thats why 99's bands are reuniting, Damon Alborn, Blur, said it best, we are coming back to teach this generation music and the reason you need competition, not all nicely bloody nicely, he went on to say, their new sound is unlike anything ever heard before. Now going off how Damon can reinvent himself & music with The Gorrilaz, you know he's not just mouth. The Coors are back and they sound like they never left, their new song is freaken beautiful again. Blur are coming, Stereophonics, The bloody Verve, Wow, holy work The Verve are coming, their were rumours of The Manic Street Preachers creating a new sound, even Steps & All Saints are back, so wish The Seahorses would officially complete a second album they never did for some reason. I can't listen to this. Breaks my effen heart how today, they have destroyed everything, we worked so hard for, getting rid of bland, depressing, Greg, miserable, synth 80's music & taken true inspiration from the greats of 60's & 70's. This song & band still today sound so fresh & em er hide. This song & album came out now it would change music overnight yet still would fit perfectly in the 60's, Now thats the measure of true talent. Talent, Hook, Melody, Harmony, Passion, Heart, Soul, Energy, Groove, Life, Rhythm. It has everything & no will, not using your stomach & lung, Wild, screaming/shouting, its natural, it flows, the song has beauty & something amazing (yet catchy as he'll) to say! True Amazing Talent. The best bassline ever heard from a song apart from Omar’s There’s Nothing Like This. This tune really reminds me of the 50s theme.. and the catoon ‘The Jetsons’, it’s funky and futuristic.
I have a very interesting story of discovering this song: It was used in a shampoo advert in the Philippines (where I'm from). Even child me recognised how absolutely cool that bass line and horn section was. Until now, at 36, this remains one of my favourite acid jazz tracks. Lovely !

The late 80's and 90's had the best British acid jazz scene(The Brand new heavies,Lisa Stansfield, Cool notes, Soul to soul,M-people, Incognito, Kenny Thomas, Drizabone,Lindy Layton etc). Absolutely ❤ this type of music 👌Memories of youth/ clubbing days. Used to live in London in the late 90's 🎶🕺💃✨️👌 Unfortunately that was the golden era of music in recent times, they just don't make music like this anymore unfortunately 😔

Anybody that worked for the Arcadia group (Burtons, Principles etc) in 1997 hated this track because it was on repeat on a 45 min tape played all day long (so on about 9 times a day) - but such an amazing song, just sadly reminds me of rearranging clothes!
