Leyline Binding seems pretty awesome in any vintage or legacy cube due to elite mana fixing lands, no? It only gets better as you draft your duals, shocks and fetches.
I like the certainty of 3 drop (banishing light) over the flash that sometimes will be 4 mana when it's needed on 3. Flash is nice on cast out was nice though, so I could see it.
Ok, about Astor, bearer of blades. Hear me out. Colossal Hammer. This both fetches the hammer and cheats the equip cost. Everyone already runs Stoneforge for a secondary tutor, so if you add just another way to cheat the equip cost, like Bruenor, you have a halfway cool combo deck in Boros. Sorta. Kinda. It's not like you have anything else going on in boros anyway.
Not sure how likely that would be drafted, but if it comes together once it would be a millions times more fun than most of the other boros cube cards.
Pretty sure flamesage sucks. My heart skipped when I saw it but it's not good. Stats are bad and the cards you'll find with it won't be better than going wide and pushing damage with the creature you tapped.
Small correction, you can use the stupid powerstone to pay for the second ability on karn, it's just to wording that's clunky

@@donnyj753 Should have also mentioned Triomes. Watching some domain standard testing and leyline binding is a HOUSE with triomes.
