i really don't understand the price variances in some of the houses i see listed. 3 acres for $2.2M, vs some of the houses on a 3rd of an acre for way, way more. i get location, but...
also, whoever designed that tiny, cockeyed kitchen with the island and cabinets not being centered and offset living room in relation to the fireplace needs to be slapped.
also...3 acres to work with, and a very limited backyard? yikes. coulda been a great home.
