Ok.... that was awesome. Now I want to see a video about how to build the slow turn motor thing.. at first I thought you were dropping by hand and was shocked at how still you were able to hold the string... DOH. Genius idea to hook it up to a motor.

I just re-dyed a raccoon same colors. Was yellow g10. First time faded away a lot for some reason. Yellow to red fade area doesn’t look as good this time but the red dyed way better, deeper & darker.
Also working on a white g10 for first time. Daffodil yellow Rit did pretty good. And then green for oliveness.

Great job KDK. I have an Arroyo with gray scales that is in my to do pile, any suggestions on a colorway?
@@jimmiecrowe520 gray base will keep it more dull or matte of a shade. Blues or greens would prob look great!

What acid do you use? Name and where to maybe get it... also how much or ratio of acid to apple cider vinegar.. how long did you keep em in.. Im totally doing this man!
@LaidOffPete i got Ferric Chloride, mixed it 50/50 with the vinegar. For this one it sat in for about 10 minutes. I ordered it on Amazon.
