There are so few videos on injury free training for us old heads. But, that's exactly what we're looking for. I don't want to get big. I want to get healthy! The strongest signal of being able to survive cancer is the percentage of muscle mass vs percentage of body fat. We need to lift, and we need to know how.
I'm in the same boat, approaching 50. I just want to stay healthy, so that when my grandchildren are born (hopefully that won't be long) I'll be able to play with them.
This channel is very informative 👌🏽 👍🏽💪🏽. Following this information along with Mike Mentzer's principles changed my body naturally. I'm over 40 years of age and get compliments from the younger whippersnappers in the gym all the time 😊. Thanks for the uploads. Keep training 💪🏽 fellas!!! Blessings to all.
I like these guys look natty; I’m on a good bit of testosterone and I’m feeling like I have an unfair advantage with total T of 1400, but seeing the natty guys getting results makes me smile always.
These seven exercises preferably twice in a week but definitely at least done once in a week. If you have limited time but can go everyday you could do one type of exercise each day (akin to a "bro split"). Another popular split is push/pull/legs or the alternative push+some legs/pull+some legs. There is also full body. I personally do full body 3 days a week with an exercise day consisting of 4 supersets of horizontal push/squat and pull/hinge, and one set to failure alternating the verticals (parts of the shoulders are already getting taxed with the push and pull and I do rows to include lats equally). Since I use free weights (usually dumbells but sometimes I will change it up and use barbell) and I am doing a full body routine it makes up for the lack of carries to a degree.
another Good video could Youse do one on diet or is that in some plan & what i did for back because off a miner back injury is i went to the park & just did one pull up it killed me i did 4 more One every 6 minutes them 2 days later did that again for a a month then after that i could do 10 each time i did them.. thats about 3-5 seconds down tho at first 2 to 3 seconds down if you cant do it like that at first do a fwe chin up way i would get women to do it that way at girts or those that have never done it.. Wow this is a very excellent and brilliant video bro telling about this 7 exercises every workout must have and keep it up and keep up the great work as always for all of us and take care Keep smiling always
Based on the looks that he does when he works out, I can’t tell if your boy is making fun of us or encouraging us. Do we look that goofy when we work out over 40? Can’t we just have normal faces? Thanks.
@@bartrobinson2103 actually i realized that I was wrong. From a body perspective, a lying bp, even though it appears visually to be vertical because the bar is raised vertically, the bar is actually raised horizontally to the chest. Similarly, a barbell or t-bar row is a horizontal movement so long as the body is parallel to the floor.
No wonder this channel is dead. Low information repetitive content and constant trend chasing. You fooled me for the last time, I've blocked it from showing in my recommended feed.
This is bullshit. As a 50 year old man myself, all these sitting and machine exercises are trash!! Free weights FIRST!! STRONGE CORE = STRONG LIFE!! WHAT A DISAPPOINTING VIDEO!!

Great video 👍👍💪💪
Good stuff but I have a home gym so it's free weights or nothing :(
I would also add that "suitcase" carries, which also strengthen core stability, should be periodically alternated with farmer's carries .
Disagree for older guys, keep everything balanced
For a normal vocal speed id reccomend watching this at 1.25x
Real fans listen at .75
@@TPerssonCwow listening to this in drunk mode?
I always hear people recommend carrying as one of the big 7 but rarely see people doing it
Awesome
squat, pull, push is all that is needed. Preferably in circuit fashion w/ minimal rest.
I found the Dixie cup design pants online I’ll have to get a pair the design is called jazz.
Should we all get some and meet at the gym at the same time? 😂
@@nwmxrider that sounds cool as hell everyone’s gonna want to be part of the club.
Gay
@@bartrobinson2103 you don’t have to be like that no one said your not invited.

Good eye! It definitely did
Lol
Great video , I am 65 been lifting a long time , How many sets would you recommend and I usually do 15 reps , cheers
All these in one day? How many times per week?
I wondered about that as well. Perhaps "every workout" really means "every workout program", so that you don't need to do all these in a session.

Is this channel only for people over 40 now?
Alpha sure knows how to cheat on reps
Massive 🎉
x 1.75 is efficient speed
You’re welcome
🤣🤣
Why not invent a machine that makes the weight for you to avoid injuries ? Done weightlifting for 62 years and still alive with no injuries .
Is the muscle bound guy in the video your brother

Didn’t you just have a video with “the only 3 exercises men over 40 need”? 😅
Rinse and repeat🤣🤣
