I know you love mildly spiced & well seasoned Aloo Samosa and Rasgullah too. But have you tried the Indian hack by going to a restaurant and ordering hot n crispy Aloo Samosa with cold Rasgullah and it's syrup on the same plate? Try it and you will thank me later. Use 3 fingers from each hand to break a piece of hot samosa and gently rub it on the cold syrup for like 2 seconds. Take turns eating hot samosa pieces for a couple of times and then pick up the cold Rasgullah for a bite to sooth your tongue. No issue if you use spoon. A small cup of mildly hot Milk tea goes well too with this combination.
