Crabtree is always fun to walk around during the holiday season. I don't know why, but there's something magical about hanging out at a mall in December.
It's so strange to hear about malls in America (or a lot of them) apparently being in decline. When I was growing up everyone here (the UK) complained about American-style malls coming over here and killing the high street, but apparently now malls themselves are dying in America while they're mostly still going strong here (barring the loss of some big high street chains like Debenham's which have weakened some of them).
I forget malls around the country are mostly dead cause I live in LA, very close to the busy Americana and Glendale Galleria. All my life I’ve only known popular malls lol
The most alive mall I have seen in the past 15ish years is the Avenues in Jacksonville. There was like 70 stores in there and a pretty good food court. My local mall (Georgia Square Mall) is definitely dead
Avenues is a great mall glad it’s still alive. Valusia near Daytona is almost completely barren though. When I visited that one it was wild how barren it was.
So, I work at Fred Meyer. That’s an affiliate store of Kroger. Do you guys have a Kroger where you live? The reason I’m asking is because I noticed one of the brands of spices is one that we sell in the store as our own brand. Private Selection.
I live in the same area as them and no there aren't any Krogers. Kroger left the area (and I believe the entire state) in 2018. There is a local supermarket chain called Harris Teeter that Kroger owns.
I always look forward to Mals cooking streams. The stuff she makes always looks so good!

Is there anything she _can't_ do?! 😤 #TeamMal
Bet against herself during predictions. 😂 #TeamMal

The real question is... what did Stephen bring to the Apple Store? 🤔
