The cop who shot the dog was forced to resign and is being charged with a Class A misdemeanor. This happened in Missouri, which has weak animal abuse laws. Also, since the officer resigned voluntarily, he most likely can get hired by another department. I hope he gets convicted.

She's obviously got issues. I mean he cut her off. Maybe it was close, maybe it wasn't. Given her behavior she more than likely sped up trying to block him. Either way her behavior was absolutely reckless & constantly put her son at risk. Given the fact that he wasn't crying by her conduct I will assume unfortunately he is well used to his mother's borderline insanity.
Hopefully, CPS saw this clip and took action to remove that child out of her care. That’s so sad. This child should not be growing up with such anger and bitter aura. She is abusive to random strangers, for no reason (almost causing a car accident if that is true, is not an excuse to assault someone). It’s abusive to the child to because they experience this and will probably have to walk on eggshells just not experience that themselves.

He Quit. Was a Misdemeanor Charge and used a pellet gun. Was a Fluke or really close to puncture rib into a Lung then Lung Collapsed hrs later. Even if convicted typically no time served. Hadnt heard anything so me might have settled with owner $$$. Not agreeing, Daughter is a Prosecutor near here

Tbh i feel for the woman who was complaining about the toddler making noise in the upstairs apartment since I've had to go through that myself. Being woken up by the sound of children stomping around 6:30-7am and then having to deal with that for the entire rest of the day doesn't make for the greatest living experience
It definitely sucks but exactly what she said, buy a house or don’t live on the bottom. You can’t ask kids not to play in their house. That’s not to say it’s not frustrating and annoying but that’s just the downside of living in an apartment. I lived in an apartment with a toddler for a few months and we purposely chose the bottom because we knew he was going to be like any normal toddler, it sucks for both people in the situation

@@Itsgonnabemay77 I don't disagree with you that you can't ask kids not to play. I mean, they're kids, it would be cruel to have them sit around all day doing nothing. Both myself and my roommates are aware of this and agree that a certain level of noise is to be expected and disregarded when it comes to kids because well... they're kids. Even still, when you live in an apartment complex, regardless of whether or not you have kids, you need to understand that you're not the only ones living there and should at least try and be respectful to your neighbours.
And as a side note, the "just buy a house argument" is really bad. You can easily say the same thing to the person with kids. Obviously though, there are reasons people are living in apartments, one of the most common ones being that they can't buy a house lol

It’s sucks but as you said kids are kids. You can be as respectful as possible but children are going to play and you’re in an apartment.. that’s why it sucks for both sides. She could have nicely asked if it was possible to keep the kids quiet and the mom could have said she’ll try her best and that’s all that can be done until one is able to move unfortunately! Sorry you had to deal with that!
@@Itsgonnabemay77 I have been in this situation a couple times in my life with loud kids doing what kids do....Unfortunately sometimes when you bring it up (even if you are polite about it) that only gives them more fuel to make more noise because they know they are getting to you.
There was a family living above me in my old pad and I went about it as nicely as I could in the beginning....Then it got to the point of noise complaints with the landlord after they seemingly told their kids to use the apartment as a jungle gym/turned everything up loud to get back at me for bringing it to their attention. Some people use the "You can't do anything about it because they are kids" to their advantage and almost hold it over you as a psychological weapon haha. With that particular tenant I finally decided to start bouncing a basketball off the ceiling while walking around the apartment when things would get loud at later hours. About 2 hours of that every night, and a couple weeks later she cracked and came flying down the stairs. Tried kicking my door open and threatened to kick my *ss...and other various threats. WELL, I was recording all that and sent that to the landlord and threatened harassment charges. She moved out less then a month later. Never wanted to go that route but some people are just terrible and want their headaches to become everyone elses. Baffled me that she couldn't handle a taste of her own medicine honestly and in the end resorted to violence (gives you an idea of her intentions through the whole thing). Anyways, the lady in the video with the kids reminded me a lot of my previous neighbor. There is no doubt in my mind that she told her kids to play as loud as they want and made more noise to try and get back. THAT is the problem...not the kids.

Just my perspective, but I don't like the Cart Narc. I get that the idea is to hold people accountable for not putting the carts in designated areas. But his approach very much is fitting of what would be defined as harassment. He wouldn't be doing this and trying to generate a response if it wasn't for internet content. Although maybe I am stretching my belief on that if he is an activist that would do this regardless. But the push for response makes me believe otherwise on that end.
