@@nealmont The term is "batchi" which translates to English as "plectrum." They are similarly shaped to an ice scraper or putty knife except they aren't curved the same. They are traditionally made from tortoiseshell or ivory, but today they are typically made of various forms of plastic or strong wood. They are similar in material to a guitar pick.
