In today's date, studying abroad is a big risk. Just look at what happened to the indians who went to study in Ukraine. Then look at what's happening in Canada. The competition is too much in India, but abroad is too expensive, risky and involves a lot of politics (especially for undergraduation). The government needs to focus on increasing the number of seats in and quality of higher education in India to avoid brain drain.
