    There are many inconsistencies on the circuit board.
    Please move the component names up.
    example: R1,R2,R7,R8,R9,R10,R15,R16,R17,R18,R19
    not available: R3-R6,R11-R14
    ...
    You have 4K7 resistors dedicated designation on the circuit board, but you solder 2K2 resistors. *
    To the right of the PWM controller:
    Numbering from top to bottom. Layout designation : You solder
    Example: 1. = Number1; C2 104 = dedication destination in the eagle files; Code 473 = 47K resistor that you was soldered.
    1. C2 104 : Code 473 = 47K
    2. R1 47R : Code 47R0 = 47R
    3. R2 : Code 104 = 47R ** / Code 472 = 4K7 ***
    4. C1 104 : ?

    Why 2nd battery valtage is different (less - 8.75V) than 1st battery (12.5V)?

      no no, I made this circuite....
      It has a correction about 1 & 2 pin. After that, Its ok. Now it working perfectly...

    Sir it does not work. I used 4 mosfets irf3205 . The two mosfets gets hot

      With the fake SG3525, try replacing the capacitor at pin 8 with a 50k resistor

    Bro please help me I am very confused with this topic . I want to know is square wave current is harmful for devices like pc and monitor becz I have an square wave inverter and someone told me that don't use it for pc as it can bring black spots on display or may destroy your SMPS

      I think that's not correct. Square waves are just not good for inductive loads (eg motors). However, with brush AC motor (universal motor) it still works well with square wave.

      I think square wave inverter to supply smps is safe, because it just alternating dc and smps will rectify again to dc but high voltage. But, it can harm PFC circuit(from I heard other people).

      from the video he used some of different values, the blank resistor is 100k at pin 6, while the resistor at the pin 8 is 47k

      I had the same problem. The resistor on the sixth pin will be 4k7. Replace the capacitor on the eighth pin with 47k. use mosfets irf510. make capacitor voltages 35volts

      sg3525 bạn ơi. Nó chỉ cần tạo 2 xung ngươc nhau là đc. nên SG3525, TL494 hay IR2153 đều đc. thậm chí gắn mạch đa hài vô cũng đc

    Very good project, but it doesn't work, it doesn't match the Batteries, I also changed the capacitor for a 50K resistor and it doesn't work either.
    Unfortunately in the video when you solder the SMD components you don't see the value of some of them, to compare with those in the schematic.
    Good but bad.

      Yes, unfortunately there are many ambiguities, it's a pity that there is no component list. In any case, the BOM file is useless.
