This movie was fantastic, great performance once again, Elisabeth!
Super movie, GREAT performance by Moss and this interviewer is excellent.
It's funny to me that this movie is referred to as a "remake" of the classic Invisible Man with Claude Rains, but it's actually not. Yeah, it's about an invisible man, and it does pay several very cleverly placed homages to the classic film, but it is still entirely its own brand new story with entirely different angles. It's like with this movie, The Invisible Man is not a one-shot story anymore, it's now its own little universe, if you will, in which we can see multiple stories dealing with the same horror/thriller concept. It's not a shot-for-shot remake riding off the heels of its classic predecessor. For lack of a better term, it is entirely its own entity, and I love it. :)
Also, huge kudos to Oliver Jackson-Cohen for his own research on narcissism and narcissistic abusive relationships for his role as Adrian. This is so prevalent to our society today, and it has been for countless decades; but now this problem is seeming to gradually, and finally, get more of the attention it deserves. There needs to be a worldwide awareness for this relational epidemic, so huge props to everyone who worked on this movie. When I saw Oliver struggling to think of the word "narcissism" for a minute and then it finally came to him, I said, "Yes! Good lad!" I also appreciate that he thought of this as such an important film to do, so yeah, huge kudos to this guy. :)
Also, as a kind of credit to his performance, he really nailed the look of a narcissist, in his eyes. I saw it at the end; it was the look of what I can only describe as a dead man walking, a demon occupying a meat suit to try and masquerade itself to you as a human. Oliver absolutely *nailed* that look, you can tell he really did his homework for this role! He did it so well that I actually kinda worried about him, which is why it's refreshing to see him here with so much life in his eyes and his voice. LOL I'm so proud of you, Oliver. :D
Very happy for Leigh. Finally getting some recognition. Finally getting his own voice after nearly 20 years in
He wrote and directed upgrade and people loved that. The only other film he wrote and directed was insidious 3. He’s mainly a writer.
Kenshin Himura yes
It's a long time coming but he delivers
GO WATCH IT!!! I just came out of the theater and oh god it was good. Just give it a try

saw this movie. great movie. but i just realized, how does invisible man's breath come out of his suit like that in the scene where he is behind her on the porch?
Because the suit is not solid, it is made up of cameras tied together and there is space between them.
I don't think its air tight. But then again these are the things we best let movies get away with
It's his breath. It doesn't make your breath invisible, and just like if you would talk wearing the suit, it still makes noise. It only makes the wearer itself invisible. It's logical.
