Why do we baptize infants?
Christ commanded it!
He commanded it because babies are conceived and born in sin and baptism forgives sins, babies can and do have saving faith in Christ by the power of God's Word which surpasses our understanding, baptism is the means by which we are born again (regenerated) through faith and brought into the family and kingdom of God, and the kingdom of God belongs to little children such as these--for whoever does not have the faith of a little child cannot enter the kingdom of God.
