Sumo is still needed for our country folks in remote villages. Hope it comes back not as fanciful upgraded car but as a purpose vehicle. Bolero has no space to carry luggage. Force is slowly replacing sumo in this muv space.

So my father took his first car in 1995, the first gen Tata Sumo white ✨ it was definitely a SAFED HAATHI. We had that car for over 18 years. Father took it to a lot of places and me and my other relatives used to sit in car and go for long runs. Just imagine car accomodating 1 + 2 (front) + 4 + 4 = 11 people at once What a power 🔥🔥🔥 I wish tata launches a mid range SUV and names it as TATA SUMO. I'll definitely purchase it.

Wow!! Waited very long for this one Ravi bhai! Sumo is the best, we bought two in 1997 brand new and it was a top SUV at the time and was very comfortable, had the best driving position too and costed only around 4.6 lacs each with AC and stereo system.
Tata is switching to become a modern contemporary Car brand. So these vehicles won't go with the image. It'll be nice if Tata brings back Sumo under it's commercial vehicles wing.

Congratulations brother aapne 2015 Sumo Gold khareeda. Mai Kerala se hoon, aur mere pass yek full option 2015 model Tata Sumo Gold GX BS1V Gadi hai. Mai bhi isse chalane me khoob enjoy kartha hoon. Lekin gadi ka A/c engine heat hone par bandh ho jatha hai, aur long chalane se engine over heat ho rahi hai. Radiator ka Heat sensor, thermostat aur radiator cap bhi change Kiya, lekin phirse engine over heat ho raha hai. sahi problem samajme nahi aatha mechanic ko bhi. Agar ho sake tho kuch suggest karna. Congratulations brother aapne 2015 Sumo Gold khareeda. Mai Kerala se hoon, aur mere pass yek full option 2015 model Tata Sumo Gold GX BS1V Gadi hai. Mai bhi isse chalane me khoob enjoy kartha hoon. Lekin gadi ka A/c engine heat hone par bandh ho jatha hai, aur long chalane se engine over heat ho rahi hai. Radiator ka Heat sensor, thermostat aur radiator cap bhi change Kiya, lekin phirse engine over heat ho raha hai. sahi problem samajme nahi aatha mechanic ko bhi. Agar ho sake tho kuch suggest karna.

Really sad when Tata Stopped Sumo. .. they should have improved some basic interior and it could have continued for next many years.............see how Mahindra is keeping up with Bolero... Rural India needs such rough and tough vehicle......Hilly areas and north-east locations -- they love sumo................. I once drove it when my Cab Driver was sleepy....... oh my god.....it was just amazing............ I Drove Travera ( no power Steering and sumo with power Steering ) maja aa gaya tha..... i regularly asked my Cab Driver to go and sleep -- aaj main Chalaunga..........
