I used to rock climb (free climb) a bit when I was younger. It was fun. I was lighter then. I remember I climbed the side of Flag Pole Peak once. It was virtually straight up a granite face. You could put your hands and feet in the cracks in the granite. I got near the top; and I dropped my light backpack off (a rucksack type of thing) because it was pulling me backward. All of the sailboats down on the lake went nuts. I think they thought someone fell. I was at least a couple of thousand feet above them then. It was very amusing. In those days the whole rock climbing industry was much smaller. A lot of climbers free climbed. There were a much more limited number of climbers though. I saw you in another video essentially teaching a bunch of kids. You looked very happy. Perhaps my timing is not completely wrong on that. I am not sure I have ever seen you look happier or calmer Petra.
Reno, Nevada also has good kayaking. The Truckee River runs through the center of town. A lot of people like to play around in the rapids in the summer months. You have to wear a helmet though. Sometimes they even have a kayaking course set up. It is the type you see in the Olympics, although it is probably smaller. You might like it.

Liptov je ideálne miesto na tréning. Chočske vrchy, Západné Tatry, Nízke Tatry, Váh, Mara👍👍👍
