Great question! We get a lot of people asking about the water situation here in AZ. A lot of the new and media haven't been reporting the most accurate or full info and we actually did a video on it breaking down the info directly from the state of AZ and the water division here to help people understand the situation and what's happening with water here now and in the future 😊 You can check out the video here if you want! th-cam.com/video/GdjIjSLc95E/w-d-xo.html
It's one of the communities just outside the Verrado area here in Buckeye! Awesome homes and love the floorplans and RV garages they have! 😍 Lennar, KB, and some other builders in this area still have a few available!
As an investor the only place in buckeye to buy is verrado. Other than that Litchfield park and small pockets of Goodyear are the only place to buy as an investor in the west valley. Any other area is to new to really tell and or ghetto
Yeah, Verrado is by far the most popular community and area in Buckeye and it's gorgeous! 😍 There are some other new build communities in that area as well as some closer to the mountains that a lot of my clients love and are buying in as well 👍
As a local born and raised here in Phoenix my whole life I totally understand and it has grown and changed so much in the last 20 years here. What part of the valley are you from?
@@LIVING_IN_ARIZONA Arcadia, the original theme was to not be Los Angeles.... The sandwich homes you are showcasing are ridiculous... Phoenix is dead, my neighborhood is a roving homeless encampment.. $tay in LA!!!
Please do not feed the bears (aka: encourage people to move here). There is NOT the water resources for any of this (even if you do steal it from Harquahala) and the entire area has been made worse since the city council and mayor are both stupid and greedy to allow this mass development. Everything that goes boom goes bust. And you are reducing the quality of life for those who are already residents of the area. Side note: If you like high taxes move to Buckeye, it's one of the highest in the state (at least for sales tax).
As a local born and raised here in Phoenix my whole life I totally understand and it has grown and changed so much in the last 20 years here. We have videos about reasons moving here might not be the best fit for eveyerone and we go over all the info with any buyers before they make the final decision to buy here. But ultimately people will continue to move here for lots of reasons so our team wants to make sure they have the information needed to make that call. 😊
@@LIVING_IN_ARIZONA With all due respect, and in observance of the way things are going... it seems not entirely unlikely that the states may become more sovereign and less united. In any event, the vast majority don't seem to be moving here for any specific reasons. Just escaping the idiocy and insanity of wherever they were before. Which, ironically, is both idiotic and insane. States (and even individual counties) have an obligation to moderate and mitigate population. Lest we become like the invasive species the BLM loves to round up, and sometimes execute whenever they deem necessary. People should not be permitted to just move here, especially because of the water situation. Imports should have a job position already, and/or be caring for an ill, injured, or elderly/disabled family member or resident. States should have both temporary visitation permits, as well as permanent residency approval for a variety of reasons. As for the immigrants... Full citizenship should be progressive, and not fully earned until the seventh generation, AND the entire family should be able to be permanently deported for felony or violent crimes of their other family members up to the seventh generation.
