Welcome to the kind of season Arkansas experienced the last couple of years and this year looks to be about the same as last year. Can they win? Possibly. Will they win? I have my doubts. They have an amazing ability of snatching failure out of the hands of success.

Other than beating Nick Saban twice and I think they beat LSU one time those were games they was not supposed to win when he was at Ole Miss and he pulled them off which is great other than that that is it. Hugh freeze has for years been one of those guys that pace high school players money to come to games and then post about it on social media to make it look good. He can't develop players I don't know why Auburn fans keep getting excited about these recruiting classes because if you can't develop the players if you can't call the right schemes put the right people in place then it doesn't matter about recruiting I was shocked when I heard Auburn hired Hugh freeze after that sexual assault stuff and contacting sexual assault victims and massage parlor stuff and all that cheating stuff he did I thought he was gone forever but no Auburn of all places hired him it's not the players it's the play calling it's the development it's the schemes and he's never been good at that so I don't care what the recruiting looks like the coaches are not good at developing Talent plain and simple

So can we please for the love of all things War, Damn, and Eagle…go get a defensive minded head coach! Those are the guys that build dominant and championship teams. There’s a reason the last 25-30 years have been dominated by teams that have head coaches that were from the defensive side of the ball. And it’s hard to believe our defense actually played THAT much better than our offense for a change. That crap about not going into the portal and getting a QB is coming back to bite us in the ass now. Yes. We were more than a QB away from winning big this year. But having a semi-decent QB tends to elevate the entire rest of the team. It certainly takes the pressure to over play by every other position group on the field.

I disagree on defense. At times it was good but there was some critical 3rd downs they couldn't get off the field. You can't win games if you can't get off the field on 3rd down. Auburn has had these issues for awhile.

Qb is where you start or lack of not 1 sec back up qb on roster hank , Payton Holden couldn't be 2nd string for any sec team plus penalties coaching defense can't get off field on 3rd plus fumbles every game by rbs , no coaching its terrible

What surprises me the most about all this is, around the country true freshman qbs have played and wasnt bad, if jaylen hurts and bo nix and trevor lawrence and many others can start, why is Walker White sitting on the bench as talented and sought after as he was..I dont get it, all the talent that we have is gonna leave if something dont start clicking, i havent missed an auburn game since the early 90s and am die hard auburn , we never had this much talent and never look thid bad at the same time
