The intersting thing is thosr dried fish are literally dried under the heat pf the sun in hours. Then if youll consume it you have to fry it first. Those are breakfast foods with rice . And you dip those in vinegar

That thing before the salted fish sauce is what we call ginisang bagoong or. On english is. Shrimp paste. Its best with unriped mangoes
