Fertilized duck egg is what we called balut here in the Philippines. You have to try to search it. Its one of the best

@@50statesUSA7 yes you will. And your gonna eat it
. With the yellow meat beside it. The only thing that you wont eat is the white part that is hard. First you peel of the bottom of the shell it has soup. Balut taste so good and ita very healthy. Alot considered it as the best food before you make bed. Haha. And. You cant eat to much of it . Eating 3 eggs makes you full. But i can eat 5. The unfertilized egg already have feathers. Sometimes but you can eat it whole since its unfertilized, the bones and the bick is not yet fully developed. Its still very soft and chewy. Cant explain the taste. But its so good in vinegar.

The intersting thing is thosr dried fish are literally dried under the heat pf the sun in hours. Then if youll consume it you have to fry it first. Those are breakfast foods with rice . And you dip those in vinegar

I think your title is not appropriate, there's no secret Filipino stores. And , maybe while taking your video ask the person from the store so your questions are answered. In your first part of video you're talking about the Filipino delicacies... very important in our cooking and even in a simple meal.
