I would usually recommend adding lots of salt and pepper to the steaks because, a lot of the seasoning burns/falls off in pan or grill. But the steaks looked pretty good, same with the bacon!

Yeah, you are right! I usually also use more coarse salt but the video idea was last moment so I didnt plan it as I usually do.

I think it is just a more lean cut, therefore more meat than as usual and more fat :)

They are, it’s called roundsteak. A pretty lean and cheap cut.
