Howdy guys, my name is Attorney Walter Rudolph Hnot, III. New Jersey born, MBA, JD, Master Mason and a tireless advocate for the homeless and low income who are seeking disability benefits. It's simple, if you are within the law's requirements for disability benefits, you get a check every month, and health insurance. No, it doesn't include a new iPhone, house or cool car, but, with your SSI/SSDI disability backpay, you can potentially get those things...with your own disability money :-). I created this channel because of how many crazy things I was hearing out in the general public on how this system works. I did library seminars, academia seminars, food truck seminars (which I prefer), etc...The online video platform is the best way to reach the majority of you guys.

Good move. I couldn't work jobs that had pensions because I was a single mother and had to take jobs that would allow me to take off to care for my children when they were sick. Which also meant they were low paying jobs too. So I'm screwed now and will be on the street soon in my 70s.
It's horrible to be a senior now. But I wouldn't change a thing I'm glad I put my children 1st.

I was a single mother with special needs. I worked 2 jobs most times. Income tax was taken out of my paychecks. I COULD HAVE USED THAT MONEY FOR ME AND MY SON! NOW I'M RETIRED NOW. YOU TAKE MY SOCIAL SECURITY AWAY IM JUST ANOTHER HOMELESS PERSON. THIS FEAR HAS OVERWHELMED MY LIFE. 50 YEARS I HAD TO PAY TAXES FOR SOCIAL SECURITY. MY MENTAL HEALTH HAS BEEN SHOOK BY ALL OF THIS. I LOVE MY COUNTRY, WHERE DID IT GO!

You should google Anna Von Reitz & use the keyword social security. She has worked for years to educate the America people about the differences between U.S. citizens and American State Nationals. Social Security is owed to you if you paid into the program. You should claim your birthright as an American State National, then follow her teachings on how to claim your money back without the threat of being denied. The whole program is fraudulent and they know it. I took early retirement when I was 62 due to my health, and they tried to penalize me for earning too much money on the side. I fought them, without going to court, and they reimbursed me all of the money they'd previously withheld. They know they are guilty of fraud. Don't despair. Fight back!

I was a single mother too and worked hard, sometimes taking evening and weekend jobs also to support my children all by myself. I had no family to help me and they didn't bother going after my ex for the court ordered child support.
There wasn't anything left to put away for retirement.
Now I'm in my 70s and about to lose everything I worked hard for. I used to have good credit but it's falling because they lie to us about the real cost of living increases and don't count the things that really hurt us financially because many things have doubled in price.
Yet we get a tiny 2 or 3% increase which only throws many seniors over the limit to get help so they end up even worse off.
It's like they don't care at all about us and only care about themselves getting rich by doing illegal things while they are serving in congress.
I have to choose which to pay, my water, phone or my electric bill this month and I'm already a month behind. It's well over 100° (105° today) and I'm in my 70s so it's frightening. I've checked and there isn't any help to pay summer utilities or water where I live as my town doesn't participate in the program.
I'll soon be living without 2 of these, probably my phone and water, and will then will be forced to sell my home.
I'll be unable to afford rent as what I get on ss (1000.) is a lot less than even a 1 bd apartment would be here.
My house payments take half my ss, it's tough but doable unless I have an emergency expense and I did.
Too bad we can't all get together and sue the government for lying to us and not properly keeping up with the real cost of living increase which causes us to live on the street or in our cars. $20. or $30. Increase won't help when food had doubled. I've already been using the food bank. I get a whole $23 in foodstamps.
We get penalized because we paid into the system during a time when wages were really low. My 1st job was $1.25 hr. We worked the hours but it doesn't matter to them. And the time we took to raise our children doesn't count at all.
What can we do? I'm not physically able to work many hours.
      What can we do?

Is your children's father on social security? If yes, you can get a court order to get some of his social security for back child support.
Your income was indexed to inflation through age 59. Then after that your income is not, because the year you turn 62 you started receiving COLA's.
Are you currently married? If yes, you can get 1/2 of your husband's SS, if its less than yours
In many states they cannot shut your electricity or water off if you are living in such heat conditions.

      @threeftr3349
I need to check into this. I didn't know it was even possible, but I did used to think I should be able to do something like that.
The state I live in (Idaho) the law is, once the child turns 21 you can't go after back support any longer because the child no longer needs to be supported.
I think this is soooooo wrong because I deserve it after doing it all alone, there wasn't any money to save for retirement.
They did nothing to enforce it. I'd find him, give them the information and they did nothing every time even though they knew he tended to move in the middle of the night and disappear when found.
My children were both on the autism spectum too, then diagnosed as adhd. They'd tell me but the drs wouldn't diagnose them so I could get disability help for them. I was told it would hurt them later to have this label.
Do you know if this is possible even if I wasn't married 10 years? I'll definitely be checking on it. Thank you so much for this information.
No, I'm not married now. Stayed single after living through the abuse I'm afraid to trust anyone. Just worked hard and was there to help my children. Had one or the other living with me most of the time until I was 65.

You have been lied to. FDR should have been tried for treason. Few Presidents sold the American people to the extent that he did. FDR stole our gold with the Banking Act of 1933 for starters. He stuck us with a system of credit and debt, where they stole our credit and buried the nation in debt. Something that would have never been possible with legitimate money, which hasn't existed since Nixon finished off the Gold Standard by taking the silver content out of our silver change in 1971. Social Security was another one of FDR's betrayal of the America people. Do some research on FDR from sources other than MSM. He was a Pilgrim Society puppet, whose allegiance was to the Crown, not the American people.

You should be allowed to have grants in order to get your home fixed. I don't think that's an issue. As usually they don't give you a check in order to do that. They usually directly pay for it. If they do send you a check you do need to report that and how you received it and for what.

Many times within your county there are Programs or your city/ town often they are from your utility company for savings on OR even FREE upgrades OR Rebates for new energy saving appliances, hot water tanks, furnace. Such things, possible home owner saving kit that is a blanket for the hot water tank, foam insulated for wall plugs, gap fillers for doors / windows etc sometimes windows or AC too. Depends on what kind of money the utility company gets from the state or feds basically our taxes. THEN there are often HEAP programs such as free fans or AC that is even put in the HEAP is usually income based but locally the one is also on medical. Yes, red tape ! Locally you may have mobility volunteers or people who volunteer and build or donate ramps( we are blessed to have a gentleman who does this ! ) many times due to safety , local code must be contacted for a permit to put a ramp in, other home improvement grants or low or no interest loans may be had thru your local city, town where you live. I have never heard of SociaSECURITY giving out grants or loans. If you have a local Office of The Aging thecan be an amazing outlet for finding out what is in your area ! They are amazing ! Best to you on grants or programs that provide free. May take time, copies, paperwork or goon a list for next year. Life is 'nt & sadly does'nt get easier . Disabled here too.

Never occured to me there was once a beginning of Social Security Retirement until visiting a cousin who lived to be 109. When asked what his favorite changes or betterments through his life he'd seen, he answered with the biggest grin: he'd gotten back more money than he'd ever paid in. So, there were people against this program from the beginning! And old Jack Jones beat the odds.

Unsure what you're trying to say. You can go back to work part-time and make under SGA. and yes file taxes on that. It doesn't matter if you're under the amount that you would have to pay taxes just file your taxes. You want the money you put in that you were eligible to get back does it matter if you're under the amount. Currently working on SSDI. I'm under SGA. Attorney farmers were not subsidized in the 70s going into 80s. Look at the innovations in the past the inventors were not subsidized by the government. My 1-12 school years were not controlled by the government. This is how I can recognize the contrast. Put it like this I had a VA mentioning to me in a Publix parking lot that what concerns him is who is coming behind us. Attorney the physician completed his residency in medical school with graduating without any debt. Attorney this was during the Reagan administration. Different world back then compared to today. The Reagan trained physicians are retiring and or they have retired. Government subsidizing everything destroys everything and controls everything. The control sabotages success period. This needs to be changed. What is the purpose of all this control? In reality it does not deliver their outcome. Research their projects and determine if any finalized with success with exactly how they steered it.

If so, why are those matching contributions not reflected in our contribution statements? Does this matching contribution have something to do with the cap? Or..was I being gaslighted again?

If an employer is matching a certain amount of contributions to your 401K, they typically put in that money on an annual basis, and it does show up on your statement. Off course if you get fired or quit before the annual date, you don't get your matching for that year.
The FICA taxes you and your employer paid, went to pay the generations before you. When you get SS, and don't work, the current workers paying FICA taxes will be paying your SS.

Is it possible you can help me at all, love your channel and like your view and delivery. I am homeless and indigent for 1st time and starting to see the hard road ahead from this position and am starting to see the life and death reality of letting the bottom fall out of my life.
I'm been waiting about 4 years only appealing at each junction. No Lawyer wants my application ,I chose depression, dithymia, and mood disorders truthfully. For ssi and SSDI little but some records in Seattle. Little medical and actions taken to sadisfy soc sec decision abilities. Reason being I have asked for help and it's really no availability for homeless people. Only thing that came easy was scabies. That are killing me like most homeless. So my denial was done finally from salt lake and now my reconsideration in near WA, DC. AND MY Main reason was they never asked me anything. I'm 63 and see the whole thing as jumping through lobbiests hoops so they can all pay each other your money. Please help if you can.

It is not the SCOTUS' purview to establish law or change law, that is the purview of the people, specifically their Representatives in Congress. SCOTUS' purview is to protect the Constiturion and established law enabled by the Constitution and rule accordingly. Rulings by SCOTUS in accordance with the Constitution may be unpopular with the people or the other two branches of govt, but SCOTUS' rulings should not be based on Justices' "leanings" in that regard. If the people or the other two branches of govt are dissatisfied with SCOTUS' rulings on particular laws or topics, they have the power to sway, update or change SCOTUS rulings by codifying federal law or amending the Constitution through the people's Congress. This is the discretionary path of the peoples power over all three branches of their govt. Over 200+ previous rulings by SCOTUS have been later overturned by later SCOTUS Justices throughout our history, primarily due to amendments and changes to the Constitution and federal law, but a few simply deemed as an incorrect ruling at the time. The education of Civics and the proper operation and function of govt has been reduced in our schools and institutes of higher learning to the concept that govt is changed through activism or appointing Justices to SCOTUS with a particular political leaning amicable to Executive appointments by the current President elected by the people. We and our Congressional representatives have settled on an expectation for the SCOTUS to rule in accordance with what's currently popular with the people and essentually for SCOTUS to do the job of Congress. Today's "Activism" has become an act of extortion by the minority to influence the govt to act contrary to the wishes of the majority through threats of nonconformity and violence in the forms of rioting, looting, vandalism, disruption of services, arson and assault upon our cities. They feel justified and virtuous in their righteousness, "protecting our democracy" by rejecting our democracy. The majority of our current SCOTUS justces have made it a point to ensure their rulings are more in line with the original intent of our Constitution and independent purview of each of our three branches of govt, including themselves in SCOTUS.

Attorney when you make the statement about older people not being connected this may or may not be true. I am really aligned with the millennials in my mindset and what I do. Here is an actual example. One of the oldest still working engineers is 94 years old. She is a WWII veteran and is a Civil Engineer and working full time for the state of Missouri for the DOT. She manages multi billion and multi million dollar projects still. Attorney I disagree with your comments on people who are older. Age is not a factor. It depends on the person. I knew UF students who could not stay out of the hospital and they had many medical withdrawals. Young people are discriminated against as well as the older people. Ultimately age should never be used as a determining factor but the federal government uses it to eliminate opportunities for people who might otherwise have had many opportunities and have succeeded. I am truly fed up with the stomping of opportunities among people due to a few in the federal government who believes they want to dictate and control everything when they are very much disconnected. Best

Mr. Hnot, really appreciate the work you do I’m really impressed and very grateful and really have a lot of questions and I’m wondering if maybe you could help answer some of them and possibly even give me some advice down the road or if I might even be able to hire you. I do wanna ask or mention something I’d like maybe you to explain it more thoroughly because I’m confused about how you say that they make law as far as the Supreme Court I mean it seems to me that applying law is a little different than actually creating and making a law in other words like if I made a law That was supposed to say somebody else or were to say OK well you made the law this is the best way or how we should apply that law. How do you say that they are also making law because how could that not be different things I mean, I get where you’re trying to say that if you’re showing or explaining how to apply a law to a certain degree, you can logically say that they are in someway making law because they’re telling you how and who it’s going to apply to, but That still isn’t the same as coming up with and putting something into law because if I didn’t make that law, there wouldn’t be anything that would need to apply because it wouldn’t exist right. I hope I’m not confusing you. I’m hoping you understand what I’m saying if you even get the chance to read this, but it would be great if you could maybe elaborate a bit more so I understand what you’re saying because I do respect what you say and because you’re more knowledgeable obviously you must know what you’re talking about and so obviously, if you’re saying that it is law, I believe what you’re saying but I just would like to understand it more and it would make sense to me and if you can explain that so I know where you’re coming from.
