Thanks for another great video, this might be a bit long winded, but would appreciate your thoughts as found something interesting. I built a "comfy cannon" build with more cooldown and survival, just upgraded my graphics drivers then hit a colossus solo for the daily, the shaders took longer to build than the loading time so as soon as I got into the game, the boss was already active so I hit my 2 and 4 without swapping to my maxed out Enduring Legacy +4 and was on my Thunder Cage +1 with barely any upgrades and the 4 hit for more damage. It only had Sharp Precision Shot, Rifling Reinforcement and Expand Weapon Charge maxed out then Concentrate Support Ammo as +1, basic Sharpshooter, Expand General Rounds and Normal Impact Rounds with no improvements. Enduring Legacy has all these maxed out. I know it was more damage as the comfy build only does all shield and half the health bar in one 4th skill clip, with a basic Thunder Cage the boss had barely 1/6 of the health bar left. I confirmed this a second time on the same boss so might be worth looking into as there might be some opportunity to improve there, I just can't see why it works. If I max out the rounds modules it should do the boss in one rotation.
Actually I might have worked it out, is it because the reactor is paired with Thunder Cage and as soon as I swap to Enduring Legacy I lose the reactor skill bonus?
@@AngryHatt Thank you, thought that was the case and just saw it myself when testing in the lab, stupid system, if you have a "main" weapon and a matching reactor mount, the bonus should still apply when switching weapons as long as it is still equipped. Guess I need to spend the weekend farming for an Enduring Legacy reactor with decent stats, the only half decent one I have has a random chill skill bonus.
@@AngryHatt Yeah I looked at that and the material cost is ridiculous, I saw they mentioned the feedback on the cost so I'd imagine they are going to reduce that for season 2 so thought I'd save the materials for now as I will have to grind content for the event anyway, might as well do it farming for a new reactor.
I feel like whenever i see builds they all flow on the same premise but like vash cowaii has already done this build and math i think it would be better to do weapon builds cause no one here in the ftd community seems to be doing those atm or at least updated guides just some ideas for you cause desecendent builds aren't really to hard to figure out or even be subject to change cause optimizing builds just boils down to the same mods 😅
Building guns sounds a bit boring to be honest. But hey i would have a look into some weps that might look interesting. Any suggestions on which weapon you see interesting?
@@AngryHatt man so many after glow sword , peace keeper , wave of light, last dagger any like obscure guns with not much info on them would be dope cause descendent building to linear and no fault of the players a lot of mods aren't worth it especially transcendent modes
I have tried similar “max damage” build and it sucks. It works in places where Hailey or Lepic do the job faster, i.e. solo bosses, for the ones requiring co-op it’s trash.

If the reactor has a thunder cage mounting it does more damage yes. As you get 160% skill power vs 100% if you don't have the right weapon mounting.

@@TheKumaDono you can add extra mountings to an existing reactor now if you have a useless reactor with enduring legacy😎

If the overwhelming shield converts your hp to shields then drop your hp to 1..why not add a maxed HP module to increase your shields even more?

Pretty much you just farm the first 4 bosses for patterns on private. Anything else is useless.
