- Hey y'all, welcome to another video. Summer has officially started! This summer I want to do montages themed more around summer itself. This one is kind of inspired by the start of it. The enthusiasm from summer, when sun isn't overly strong during the day. That's why I went for a really pale yellow look with this montage, which I think fit really well. Also in this montage there is an edit inside of it, which was a nice thing to experiment with! What do you think of this one? Let me know in comments! Cya soon! ♥

Summer era starting off with an AMAZING PIECE. Loving the pale yellow look you used and film effects add a really lovely nostalgic vibe!
I'm obsessed with the cinematics in this one, the way they flow so perfectly with each other and just carry along the edit so smoothly! On top of that the little edit wedged inside felt really standalone but also fit in so well! If this is just the start of the summer 2023 era then i'm extremely excited for the next few months!
Thank you Pyx! 💜💜 The edit inside is also a reason why I kept few things a bit "understated" let's say, to highlight it much more. I think it worked out pretty well overall. Also loved playing with aspect ratios:D and transitioning between them. I really hope plans for this summer will work out and I'm really excited to show it :3

Thank you Ani! It can be quite tricky at times, but I feel like it's really rewarding. Especially trying to challenge myself as an editor is always fun. Ofc it's not hit all the time there are quite many misses, but it's just part of the concept of growing as editor :D.

GOSH THIS WAS TEASED BUT I DIDNT KNOW IT'D BE LANA AAAAAAAAA I LOVE HOW IT HAD A CHILL VIBE TO IT COMPARED TO ANCIENT DREAMS BUT WAS STILL FAST PACED DURING MOST OF THE MOMENTS AND THE "old camera" TYPE EFFECT WAS SO COOL❤❤❤, and the transitions oooooof i loved how it felt like a bursting ray of light which is honestly perfect for the summer theme😤 and ur song choice is immpecabale as always, u truly slayed this one aswell. never fail to meet our expectations queen👑👑. ugh cant waut what u have store for us next, keep uo the good work cheryl!!❤❤

Lately I've been really trying to mix many transitions in videos to make them more dynamic and unpredictable. I do have few that are my "staple" let's say which I use in most videos, but I mix them with different ones, which adds something to it as well I think.

They are coming! :D I've been too scared previously using her songs in montages, cuz I wanted to make them justice. Nowadays I'm a bit more confident with my editing so that's why there will be more of her! I have planned at least 2 videos for this summer with her songs! (2 videos with 3 songs). Originally there were 3 videos planned, but I'm not sure if I'll be able to pull the last one off. If yeah then there will be more :p. Also thank you so much! Glad you like it ♥
