will the vbar neo work with spektrum radios? also do i need spektrum receiver and satellite? sorry im new to this stuff. thanks

Yes I believe the non Vlink NEO can take Spektrum satellite receivers and uses the Mikado software like the normal Vbars. I fly all my all-in-one NEOs with my Vbar Control radio.
