I wish I saw this sooner. I LOVE how she mentions to delete social media apps to create healthier boundaries. I am still learning this at 25. After watching this I finally made the move to delete Twitter off of my phone. It is a large distraction, and it makes me feel depressed sometimes reading what is on there.
i deleted ig and it took about 6 months to a year to not miss it or wanna re download it. best thing i ever did for my mental health at that time. now i can take it or leave it. I’m not out of control with it like i was before.
I only have Instagram and Facebook now, but sometimes I wish I got an old phone juste for calling and texting so that I don’t have any social media anymore. But I can’t do it yet, and the biggest reason is that I love memes too much 😩😩
Twitter and Facebook are train wrecks. TikTok can be toxic but if you just watch stuff it’s good. Snap is probably the best and most chill
