Ive probably watched this a million times!! I’ve had my mk3 golf for 5 years and haven’t driven it yet because it’s needed a lot of attention but I’ve finally started to dig into it and seeing this inspires me to finish it ! It’s a 95 gti mulberry. Rusty but coming back to life ! Goal is to have it done this summer. I love the look of this car it’s amazing 😍
How is the project
Good finished it all up for the most part. Started it up and it runs great considering I had all the fuel lines and tank dropped. All rust repaired but one spot near the drivers wheel. Needs the windshield installed in the spring and it’s all good to go. Few odds and ends and I also did a heater core at the same time. I’m just glad it’s back together and moving on it’s own now. Lot of work went into my car. Hopefully getting it repainted in the spring also. I was hoping to have it done by this last summer but once I got into it the rust was terrible with it being a ny car.

Whole car so clean and perfect! Love how clean the steering wheel fit in with the interior. Is it just a simple bolt the wheel to the spline column etc?
The steering wheel is from a 3L Lupo and fits easy yes
