    I would take this over the SL7 all day long, at 16lbs riding up hills would not be a problem for me! I like the way it looks over the SL7 with the thicker frame, it just looks fast! And it being more aero than the SL7 and and only weighing in at 16lbs and the SL7 weighing in at a little over 15lbs the venge would be my pick.

    My Venge disc 2019 size 56 with CLX64, Tune bottle cages, DA pedals and Garmin mount ready to ride is weighting little bit under 7,2kg...that’s not a big difference in weight between ready to ride sl7, but a lot better looking and more aero with deeper wheels. I love my Sworks Venge! I did order the Sworks SL7. I think the loss of ceramic speed bearing through out is a bummer. Vertical stiffness is not a proble with the venge with wider tires like you said. I run 25mm conti gp 5000 no issues.

    • @GCPerformance18
      @GCPerformance18  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yea the only real complaints came from like the much older riders where I can understand. But those wheels and the normal 25-28 tires everyone is running there was no issue. But the Tarmac as a complete bike is absolutely an amazing bike. If you have any ounce of hills where your at or just like riding a lighter bike.

    I'm not rich by any mean but I own 2 venge (S-works Vias Disc and Venge Pro 2019) and I can say this bike is too expensive.

    Venge all day long:/ So pissed off to hear this last month. Spec's gone mainstream imho, Best to look elsewhere for full on aero racing frames. I live in the Netherlands, I considered this bike the best all-around road racer to date. It even complied with the UCI nonsense. Shame all around.
