Great idea to recycle old shocks. I would suggest adding a rest so the drill doesn’t always drop under its own weight, might save the surface the press is resting on
I seen a lot of these drill guide builds but nothing comes close to yours. So well made and such an awesome idea with the old shocks I loved the trick with the ring spanner to I’ll be doing that. Your content is always awesome and so is your channel

Thanks for making your excellent work so freely available, and I hope that enough folks give you deserved compensation if they use your plans. Those shock absorbers seem ideally constructed for the re-use you put them to, but they don't seem automotive. Can you tell us the source?

Además, noto bastante precisión en tus ejecutorias, sinembargo pienso que el objetivo de esa herramienta no justifica todo el proceso para construirla. ¡Que se puede lograr con algo más sencillo y menos elaborado! (¡Hasta el propio "Router" te hacia esos agujeros!). Pero, si fue como hobby, no hay problemas, solo te digo mi opinión.

@@GRINwood Может типо дверной попробовать? Поделить на 2-3 части и подобрать под нужное усилие

Я так-то не столяр, может чего не понимаю, но вот эти отверстия коронкой не проще было бы высверлить? Ну, чтоб фрезер не вертеть
А самое главное для чего ? Чтобы приклеить к дощечке палочку, а после наделать отверстий в верстаке ?!? 🫣
