    I have been using them for 4 weeks. I do the Dr Fuhrman choices and select SOS. Limits the choices. I cook all my meals and this is a very welcome break.

    I remember watching a video about prepping veggies for salads etc and storing in mason jars. I can find the video, can you please share?

    My first order should be coming in on Monday. Looking forward to see if I am still hungry after eating. They look like a good size portion but I eat more than a plateful of my food. Still one week of not having to cook for myself. Just cooking for my SAD eating husband. A nice vacation for me.

      @mariegreen2203 It will be a nice break from cooking. Remember you can add a salad, fruit or another veggie to your plate. You can check the ingredients list for each entree before you order. Wishing you all the best with your chemo treatments.

    I’m interested in this for my elderly father and would like to know how you heated them up. He doesn’t like microwaves so would need to use his stove, just wondering how difficult that is to do. Thank you, so glad to know this service is available! 💜

      She said in the video microwave, stove or oven

    • @NutmegNotebook
      @NutmegNotebook  15 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      They heat up easily on the Stovetop/Oven: You may also reheat the meals on the stovetop using a skillet, or in the oven but please transfer to an oven-safe dish first. Heat until the food reaches an internal temperature of 165 F, transfer to a plate, season to taste if preferred, and enjoy!
      Some meals may be eaten cold, such as salads or our Buddha Bowl!

    Thank you for providing this review! I am dealing with cancer and have chemo every three weeks where I'm exhausted for at least half of the time in between. This would be incredibly helpful for my husband and I. I wonder if they offer nut-free options? I'll go check it out. I'm unfortunately allergic to nuts, but seeds are OK. Thanks again!

      They purchase as much organic produce as they can but substitute conventionally grown when necessary.

    The price is outrageous! Almost $19.00 a meal?? It’s plants! I’d rather go to a nice healthy vegan restaurant.

      We've received a lot of requests for healthy meal deliveries, and this is our best solution. For us it is equal to or less than eating out. Some people live where there are no healthy vegan restaurant options so this is a nice option for them as well.

      For us it is less than eating out at a Vegan restaurant and far healthier due to no oil and low sodium. Online choices for prepared healthy Plant-Based meals are few. If you do not have time to cook your own from scratch, Whole Harvest is a great choice. We have received many communications over the years for a healthy version of this type of service.
