If I had a nickel for every ASMR video where a girl comes to you to escape her shitty parents and then you get all snuggley and it turns out you love each other and it kind of ends on a cliffhanger that I've listened to in the past hour, I'd have two nickels, which isn't a lot but it's weird that it happened twice
This hits kinda hard having gotten to know one of my close friends on the other side of the world who had to deal with really shitty family situations. Zero control over any of it, all I could do is listen and talk her through some bad days.
That hits so close to home, I just wanna' hold this girl forever, I wanna' see her smile, she seems so kind, I want to help her love herself. If I can make the life of a kind person even just a bit brighter, I would feel complete, I hope I get to love someday.

Sometime between 6th and 8th grade when had to chose a group to sit with during school lunch i made my only friends i would make for the entirety of my middle school high school and likely even college career, i havent met any strangers irl in years and literally havent spoken to a women in probably 8 years (im 18). But honestly, whats wrong with not meeting new people. I couldnt find an answer. Some might say you can get lonely but thats a non-issue with asmr(and ive heard pretty convincing evidence that these are hugely unrealistic anyways). Just accept it, enjoy it, revel in it. And rebel from the idea that social people are happier than people who listen to asmr
