Uzbekistan has always been a fascinating airline to me also. Always wanted to see a proper review of them, amazing job man! The 787 looks much better than the old 767’s they used to fly, that too giving them a nonstop service to JFK over the stopover they used to do in Riga!
Fascinating airline and a great video. To answer your livery question, I'd have to say it's either the new bright blue ITA Airways livery or the old BA Landor paint job
lol i flew uzbek air back in 2017 from almaty to Delhi with a stop in Amritsar. During the Amritsar stop one drunk uncle decided to get up while awaiting the attendants to close the doors again and lit up a cigarette. After a few drags of the cigarette an attendant came by and slapped the cigarette out of his face.....gotta love the straightforward hospitality of Uzbek air.
Hello my friends, i am from Uzbekistan,i think you should come here for enjoying because in Uzbekistan, there are a lot of great, historical places. We are also very popular with our national dresses and dishes you can come here when you get bored ❤❤❤❤
@@nycflyertravel thank you man, where are you from? Didn't you have any problem at the entrance to Uzbekistan? Pass control or just asked for how many days were you being stayed in Uzbekistan? and the approval of uzbek embassy for 30 days visa. is that all?
Expat 🇬🇧 married and lived in Tashkent for 4 years under the old leader Islam Karimov..those were crazy times. Flew Uzbekistan airways out of Tashkent to London. Always getting stopped by the airport police..because I was British.. Other than that typically Russian City haha 👍
If the jump seat is empty, isn't that a violation of safety? Or I guess it can be considered normal by the load of the flight Sidenote, I love the Etihad livery

All Americans always welcome to Uzbekistan 🇺🇸🤝🇺🇿

Glad you found it useful!

Thanks for watching! I really like the new ITA livery too
Another excellent video! Thanks for sharing :)

Was wondering if anyone would catch that 😂
Hi
Which month was this?
I am planning to travel in Nov. would this be a good time weather wise?
I went in mid December and it was cold 🥶
Nice video dude!

Excellent airline, domestic carrier Silkavia also highly recommended.

I had a great time in Uzbekistan 🇺🇿
Air New Zealand Liv fav!
The all black livery is a good one 👍🏻
Great video friend
Thanks 🙏
Did you sleep on the plane, if so, how many hours and is that your 1st time flying Uzbekistan airways and how is it?
nice video! TY
👍🏻
Favourite livery? Probably Gulf air or Aeroflot! 😬
Gulf Air definitely has a nice one!
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
You found the crew to have an icy veneer? They must have been trained by Lufthansa!
How strict are they with their luggage dimensions?
Wow I had no idea Senegal Airways flew to New York. Good legroom.
I really want to fly on them
Welcome to uzbekistan bro uzbekistan vs USA 🤝
☃️🌲🎁🕯✈️🇩🇪 happy X-mas
What means class K on ticket?
My favorite liverys are the united 2019 737 livery and the 100 qantas 787 livery
Nice choices! Although I think the Qantas Yam Dreaming livery is the best
My favourite airline livery is the Etihad Greenliner. Flew on it from AUH - MAN back in August........
That is definitely a really cool livery. I haven’t seen it in person yet though
Hi, there, have you been to Uzbekistan as a tourist? How was your visits?
Yes, it was great! I posted another video on some of my travels there.

@@HanHan-wm4oe I didn’t have any issues getting into the country. I got a tourist visa online and going through border control was very easy.
@@nycflyertravel thank you man, can you drop the link for tourist visa online?
For only a four year old plane, I was surprised how run down the interior of the Dreamliner was.
Needs to be refreshed.
Yeah, it could use a little love. Thanks for watching
Ассаломалейкум хорманглар. Узб аэропорт ва самалетлари хакида узимни кизиктирган бир иккита саволим бор эди. Кимдир жавоб берадими савол берсам?

The old American Airlines livery is probably my favorite livery. Not my favorite airline, just my favorite livery
Yeah, it was cool. Wish they would bring it back.
also we have 6 dreamliners not 4, 2 "757" not 7 and 8 "767"
Yes, Uzbekistan Airways flys 757s and 767s in addition to the 787
The 757s have been retired unfortunately🙁
Guys I am from O’zbekiston I am right now in New York I will fly to my home in 3 months inshallah
Enjoy your trip!

If someone get visit visa then he can get citizenship of usbakistan please guide me
Is no alcohol served on this airline?
I am from in Uzb
👍🏻
Hawaiian has the best livery
Can’t wait to see it on the 787
There are 7 of them not 4 :)
Try flying to Pakistan 🇵🇰 or Scotland 🏴 to explore.
I love the old American Airlines livery it was cool on the MD-80 and DC-10
👍👍👍

Sidenote, I love the Etihad livery
Not sure if it’s a safety violation.
I agree, the Etihad livery is definitely cool
It looked better when they flew the 767 to nyc . The 787 looks odd.

Thanks for the information. I did notice that most of the time the New York - Tashkent flight with Uzbekistan Airways is expensive
Babushqas”💀

I flew on KLM yesterday and the flight attendants were a bit icy for sure 😂
@@nycflyertravelwhat does icy mean
Uzb pilots are great whonare also part of the crew but the flight attendants are gruesome snobs.
12 hours in 12 minutes 😂
Uzbekistan Airlines used to fly JFK to Riga and Riga to Tashkent. Now they have St. Petersburg Russia as a hub.
Do not give wrong info. Hub is Tashkent, always was a Tashkent, TAS
there is a direct flight from NY to Tashkent, dont post a comment if you dont know
if you hate the ubekistan airways Livery ima dislike
